Did not like the way they move you into a front parking area to wait for your order, i guess it not so fast food anymore or perhaps a managers way to load up drive through into a traffic nightmare. Many years and never have i experienced such change on all orders. I can see it if a not so popular item is ordered to wait a few minutes but not every vehicle. Really sucked
First got there and as soon as I pulled up they had the breakfast menu up and took someone's order for breakfast but then told me that there was no breakfast left that I had to get lunch it had just hit 1030 then got back in line and had to wait while no one answered either drive thru line until the only thing was said was by the girl in the drive thru was wait a second. No greeting no politeness nothing just plain rude and unprofessional
Was starving last night after blaze messing up my pizzas so I come here to grab a quick meal get home excited to sit down and eat I bit into my quarter pounder and red,bloody meat not cooked!! I was not wasting more gas to drive back and have them fix it but someone can seriously get sick I know it’s McDonald’s and not a 5 star restaurant but we don’t have some kind of decency ?

Order mistake corrected at first window and per receipt, but not corrected on fulfillment at second window. Second window associate was sarcastic, rude and confrontational. I have been in there three times and I promise you I will never be back…..1. The printers for touch screen order screens have been out of paper the last 10+ times I have been there how am I suppose to know my order number?2. My order has been wrong every time…and you charged me extra for tomatoes which I paid for and the lady said you don’t have any.3. My food was cold so I took it back and the girl manager acted like it was such an inconvenience to replace it and didn’t even say sorry about that…where is the customer service???
I like the McCafe coffee, the Sausage, Egg, and Bacon McGriddle, and Double Cheeseburgers.??McRib occasionally too!?
Half the time I order a double quarter pounder or double bacon cheeseburger and I get a single instead, while being up charged for the double accordingly. Would highly recommend you check your food before leaving this location.
Skip this McDonald, plenty of others close by where the staff is efficient and polite. They act as if they are daydreaming! As if it's incontinence to the staff that a customer might ask to be served in a timely manner.Not to McDonald's standards.
Rude and incompetent employees and management. But the food is good. Just make sure it's accurate.
