Ordered on the app. There was no one in line to order, only a few cars waiting to pay/pick up. After waiting approx 3 mins, I gave my code at the drivethru ordering speaker. It took a total of 10 minutes to proceed to the pickup window. While waiting, two vehicles in line in front of me just left and drive away.Once I finally received my order, i found it was incorrect after getting home. I had ordered a double cheeseburger for myself and two plain hamburgers - meat and bun only - for my dogs. Instead, I received the double cheeseburger and only ONE plain hamburger, plus another cheeseburger with extra onions - corqrly incorrect and not dog friendly. Since the one dog had already enjoyed her hamburger, the other dog got nothing, since dogs can't have onions.Such sadness for my first time wanting McDonald's in years. It'll be a long time again....
Bad service , cashier seem's overwhelmed tought there was only two customers at her cash. Drinks taste like detergent every time we go. My grand-children is the only reason I go there. Last rime we went ,the same cashier just left and leaved the customer to an other crew member that wasn't better. We finally leave for another place to eat.
Worst location ever can't even get your order taken half the time let alone have the order right. Twice now I've gone here on my lunch break been told to wait a minute at the speaker nobody else in the drive thru, car pulls up to the other speaker and immediately gets there order taken. Said something through the speaker and still was told to wait while the other car got to order.
We placed an order and chose curbside pickup. 15 minutes later I had to go in to get the food myself since it didn't show up. When I went in to ask about it they couldn't find the order and spent 5 minutes arguing with me about it even though they were looking at my receipt in the ap. Once we finally get our food it was cold. Terrible experience.
They tend to close 15-20 mins early and ignore people in th drive thru
Drive thru was horrible. Sat for 20 mins while other cars pulled up next to us and got their orders taken the after saying hello 3 time got a very rude response that's lady would help in a minute 5 mins later we left
First, I dislike using the kiosk to order my food. This seems to be the trend for the chain. The food was servers quickly & was typical for the chain but could have been a bit hotter. Customer serbvice was avarage.
Visited on 12/19... waited 30 mins just to get my drink? Food can 10 mins later.
First time walking into a Mcdonalds and the Manager was actually telling everyone what they need to do to keep the lines moving and to do it right. She was on it.
MY ORIGINAL REVIEW WAS DELETED .I am honestly disgusted. This is honestly the laziest person who made this sandwich . How do you put a burger on the grill with THE RAW PLASTIC cook the meat and add toppings on . THE NEGLECT AND CROSS CONTAMINATION OF MY HEALTH IS NOT A GAME . BING THE BEST COMPANY OWEND BY RICKY WADE IS A JOKE and they dont care about public saftey
