Great bands and great food! Outside bar has amazing Bartenders!!!’
Great location on the pocket. Watch the boats go by. Watch the pelicans. Get a good meal. Bring your boat.
Went for lunch today and ordered the salmon nicoise salad. The lettuce on top was OK the lettuce on the bottom was rotten and the salmon was over cooked to completely dried out. Also the $9 pineapple upside down cake advertised as a specialty that I ordered to go was nothing more than a slice of pineapple on a hard cake shaped like a donut. We sure won’t be returning there.
Great water setting, service and menu.
Skip it! That’s what another review said, and I wish we had listened. The service was friendly and super attentive. The hostess was the Best thing about the place. The food was less than tasteless. Fish was cooked ok but not a good flavor. The pork sandwich was horrid! The sweet potato fries were good, but cold. Nice ambience with broken fans on the patio so it’s HOT! Skip it.
Called on a Monday afternoon to confirm they were open and to get a reservation. I was told they did not take a reservation for less than a party of eight. So, come dinner time, drove over there and was pleased that there was no one waiting to be seated. That feeling did not last long, because the hostess then told us that we could not have any of the three small empty available tables because they were reserved. The response to my sharing my phone call experience, I was told, well that is for the inside, not outside!
Great staff. Great band. Great people.
After frequenting the Manatee Island Bar & Grill in Fort Pierce numerous times, we were looking forward to a similar experience in Stuart. The food was okay; service was okay; but the view was definitely lacking. We had a table right beside the window with the fresh air and water at our finger tips. The view was so very disappointing; located at the end of a turn-around on the water where nothing can go through, water, mammals, not even the fish. People can arrive by small boats and barely had room to park or turn around. It is unfortunate. The happy hour started in 20 minutes, but we chose not to wait and ordered. The clam chowder and mahi fish sandwiches with fries were very good. There was a group of 20 ladies seated near us that made it difficult for us to hear each other and the service was a little slow, but understandable given four other tables arrived after we did.
Skip this place, waitstaff was lacking & forget about getting a drink. Order two at a time. No water offered, bread was suppose to come to our table of 6 because our our dinner was so behind, but no bread arrived. Not worth the wait, my bowl of clam chowder was half full, Luke warm. My husbands turkey club was lacking, store bought turkey, slim on the bacon & lots of lettuce. My two aunts both got delicious fish sandwiches. Sister-in-law got the French dip, she ate it so I suppose it was good. My brothers got the sliders & didn’t finish them, they were just ok.
Was there for trivia night had a great time. Our waiter was Josh he was excellent his service was prompt and on time he was funny. Hopefully if you go there you get him as your waiter because he is one of the best. The food also was excellent.
