My wife and I just drove all the way from Miami to Stuart to visit our family that lives here we stoped by long John silvers/ kfc to pick up dinner before retiring to our hotel room to go to sleep. I ordered us an L5 and L6 combo from long john silvers and a 3 price chicken meal from kfc since its all together under one roof when we got back to the hotel and opened up the food we were very upset the hush puppies were hard as a rock like they were over cooked and left out all day long they were hard as a rock same thing with the shrimp too they were both horrible. The long johns food was literally unedable! The kfc food was all fresh and was perfect. But we are extremely upset about the 2 long johns meals totaling over 16 dollars that turned out to be a complete waste of money. We tried to call the store phone number but no one would awnser the phone there. Some thing should be done to make this right. Long johns is one our family's favorite restaurants but this is unexceptable. My ticket number is #1637 time of purchase 5:53pm on April 19th 2022

Somebody needs to correct the website because apparently the restaurant closes the Long John Silver's portion at 8 p.m. as per the rude staff Oakland Park Boulevard location is five star very much like classic Long John Silver food
Looked up the long John silvers online for hours. Said it was open tell 10pm. Got there at 8pm and and they said the inside was closed. Went through the drive through and they said the Long Johns was closed. Even though online said it was open till 10pm. This is sad and pathetic. I would give it a 0 stars if I could.
Crispy chicken was good but no butter for the roll and no salad with the 4 peace meal you would think you would get it all with the meal I will think about going there again

I went through the drive thru, I wanted to order Long John Silver's but that never happened. I asked what came with the sea shares platter and whomever was working the drive thru was completely rude. I pulled to the side and went in to complain to the manager but she had the same attitude. Wow...what ever happened to customer service? Corporate needs to do something about this place or they won't be open very long with management and staff treating customers rudely. I won't be back!!!!
I was pretty disappointed because this was a Long John Silver's/KFC and there isn't a Long John silver's near me. Even though they were open they said that the Long John Silver's side was closed which puzzled me. I still ended up getting something from the KFC side because my daughter was starving but not only was the food disappointing the person taking my order was borderline rude. It's not close to my house anyways but I doubt I'll be going back.
This is a KFC and LJS combo? Very limited LJS menu. But I got chicken planks. Tasted great. Very friendly service.
This place used to be amazing! What happened to the friendly staff and management? These people were short tempered and impatient with us when we are at the drive thru. They did not seem very much like they wanted to be there or help us. The woman at the window was very blah attitude. Like she didn't care all she was there for was collect orders,money and push us on . It will be a long while before we come back. So disappointing.
