Whoever owns this store should walk in one afternoon and try to order a hot and ready pizza. The last three times I walked in the afternoon time the employee was busy on her phone on the back side area and said nothing was ready and anything I wanted would take ten or fifteen minutes. She moved around as slowly as the other turtle in the back who clearly wasn’t making pizza it seemed they were training for the international lazy-off qualifiers. Seriously Nothing is ever hot and ready. It’s a shame the older guy who worked there a few years ago as the manager had that place in ship shape.
Order 2 specialty pizzas with a side of crazy bread sticks and the pizzas were fine however the break sticks barely had any cheese on them and when I went back to take them back the manager told me he has to charge 50 cents to put cheese on them which is absolutely ridiculous and false advertising because they don't look like that on the menu and I've never ever had this problem before
We were able to get in and out pretty quick. But the GPS directions getting us here were really strange.
Worst service ever. A year later still the worst service. I went in and they gave my order to the guy in front of me without even asking the name. It's a simple job just do it right!
Ordered two pizza the extra most best and a custom order with ham peppers onions and bacon no ham no bacon call back they tell me they didn't have any but they didn't call me back before they made my pizza and charged me for it now I'm waiting on a refund

Worst experience ever. When placing my order I asked the cashier do the still have Zap packs and his response was I have no idea what those are therefore we must not have those. Moving forward I asked can I purchase the jalapeño cheese dipping sauce and he informed me it’s was a dollar. They have a sign that clearly states .75. I asked to speak with a manager on duty he went to back and the young informed him that he was the manager on duty. I asked for corporate phone number and he did not know it. The young lady came from the back to ask me what’s the issue when I replied she offered me free sauce… Totally missed the mark I most definitely won’t be returning here.
slogan hot and ready but took 30min ?? ?? for 2 regular pizzas workers rude and inconsiderate. cant even imagine how long the people after us waited for their pizzas because when we came in there was nobody in there.
Bathrooms to do get cleaned,served moldy beef in pizza, staff includes 3 triplets who can not read or write no desire to learn.does not wash hand was treated horribly by shift manager Kendra- Donna the district manager chain smokes cigarettes outside restaurant she tell staff to YELL at staff under them if u are human and love food please stay away from this disease rampant franchise.
After not recieving part of my order for the third time I finally called the 1800 number to get some help. While they did refund the items they did not deliver they would not do anything about the crazy bread that was delivered without any sauce(sauce I paid for specifically for the crazy bread and the sauce that was supposed to come with the order were both missing). I realize that the item was delivered however I am not one to just eat bread. With out the sauce it is not a properly delivered item. I was told by their rep that I could just eat it dry or go out and get sauce from the store. Their delivery is rarely actually correct and while several times now I have just ignored it at this point I am not happy paying for anything that is not delivered in it’s entirely. Their rep was rude and dismissive and told me I could just dispute the charge with my bank which I am more than happy to do now. I tried calling the store but got no answer and gave up after calling 3 times. I understand mistakes happen but I don’t expect to have to pay for them especially when dealing with a business that keeps making the same mistakes over and over. I’ve learned my lesson this time I will start eating at papa johns.
