Delicious gluten free gnocchi and bread! My husband and son loved the spaghetti with meat sauce. Flavors were amazing. Our waitress, Francesca, was very warm and welcoming. She was knowledgeable about the menu and very prompt. We stopped on the way to Miami and this was a great find. Hope to come back soon!
Small but outstanding family owned Italian Restaurant in Stuart. It is located in a somewhat hard to find strip center but trust me it’s worth the look. My meal and service was top notch and the prices reasonable. I would certainly return.
Another delicious dinner with family at La Forchetta. The staff are absolutely wonderful and the food cannot be any better.
This is a nice ?? place to eat if you like authentic Italian. The portions were very large. The bread ? they have before your meal is very good, I probably ate a couple bowls. Dakota was a dynamite server he was like a genie in the bottle. He was bringing food from the kitchen so fast it was like he changed into Superman. Chris is counterpart would help while Superman went on missions elsewhere. The food was exceptional but I need to eat at other restaurants that serve Italian food to be a true judge of the food. I do know the appetizers served a table of eight 8️⃣ with everyone getting their share. The atmosphere was very nice. I use a walker to get around and they had a table for my family within six 6️⃣ steps from the front ? door. My sister-in-law goes to many restaurants in South Florida most of the time we call her a pain in the butt when dining with her because she returns everything that she eats. This is a remarkable moment because she didn't return one item on her plate. Her and her sister are food critics and knows how something is supposed to taste. Janay my daughter goes once a week to this restaurant. All the desserts were excellent each of us ordered something different so we could all taste the greatness of the food. This is truly a hidden gem that is hidden on Lost River road.
Made reservations for 6:15. Great sat right down. Took 15 minutes to get waited on. Than it took 1 hr to be served chicken parmigiana, and when served it was cold. When bill came they charged $4.75 extra to make it gluten free. Than order gluten free roll, about a 3 inch roll and was charged $3.75 for one roll. All this was not told or posted on the menu. I took my entire meal home and microwaved it. I would ask if the prices on the menu were correct, and plan on a long wait to get a cold meal. Will not be back.
The food was amazing and the wait staff was attentive but not bothersome.
We have just had awonderful meal with wonderful wait staff. La Forchetta is a hidden gem for visitors but it appears well known to the local population. We ate outside with Connie as our waitress who excelled in her personality as well as her knowledge of the menu. While we waited for our meal, we witnessed a constant flow of visitors with reservations (which we recommend) as well as picking up to go orders. Our meal was served piping hot and delicious. We highly recommend La Forchetta to all!
No exaggeration here. We were visiting from Denver and the hotel we were staying at was next door. We arrived around 7:30 pm and noticed the parking lot was packed. We waited for almost an hour but it was well worth it. While we were waiting they took our drink order and the wine pours were very generous. After half a glass, the wait didn't seem nearly as long. The food was freshly made and the portions could have easily been shared.
So good. A lot food. Will be back
This lovely family restaurant is so quaint and very homey. Everyone was so nice and helpful. But the cuisine was out of this world!!
