March 31, 2022 at 8PM no chicken, as in ZERO… KFC stands for CHICKEN! And what a sh!ttee attitude…No wonder this place has HORRIBLE reviews…
When we arrived to get food here we were expecting the regular great service that we normally have at KFC food chains, unfortunately this happened to be one of the rudest drive thru encounters we have had in Florida. The staff member seemed upset with us for being there. Unsure what was going on in their life to treat another person so poorly, we hope they find happiness and can treat others with kindness from this point forward!
They always run out of chicken. They close at 10pm and it’s 8:03pm and they ran out of the original recipe chicken and only have extra crispy. Seems strange.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!THEY NEVER HAVE ANY FOOD !! TOTALLY GET WERE IN A Pandemic BUT ITS THE EMPLOYEES JOB TO GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE & HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE AT WORK REGARDLESS!
I just had a 4 peace crispy chicken dinner but didn't get any butter for my roll and no salad which should be with the dinner common sense

Drove 9 miles because my husband wanted KFC the chicken pièces were hard to identifié the chicken tasted like it was old

Just did a drive thru pickup. Cole slaw excellent, but someone needs t clean the windows and frame. Absolutely disgusting. How difficult is it to clean on a daily basis? Must be a Florida thing, as I see it all over town.
I am so happy to get home and find my mashed potatoes and gravy dumped out inside my bag and all of my food covered. I was also happy to see that they messed up the different types of chicken I asked for, but they had such a rude attitude and I never would have guessed it would be right. Congratulations on such a horrible staff, thanks for the experience.
