Everytime I order from here my bag smells like cigarette smoke when it’s delivered. The bread is stale. It’s ALWAYS missing something. I’ve had my order left at the wrong place before and I’ve had it never show up. The last straw was my drink tasting sour. I’m done giving this place chances. It’s trash. I’ll take the drive to Publix from now on.

The new owners have improved this place tremendously it’s not the same jimmy johns that you see reviews for. Open until 7? Unheard of in Stuart old owners had it 11-2 could never eat there and when I did it was trash. Food is super fast and super great. Also it did close for a while so it should have its reviews cleared out from old place
New black n blue sandwich advertised for 8.99 on menu board... they are charging 9.49 at the register with ZERO explanation. Con artists.

Food took about 10 minutes to get to us and when it did my wife's sandwich was missing avocado.. after going up and complaining about it the employee tried to hand us a cup of avocado and we looked at him funny so he tossed the sandwich and made a new one without mayonnaise this time.. employees were very rude about the situation
Tyler the manager is amazing! Entire staff is friendly and helpful. Food is always fresh and good!
They are freaky fast about getting their money but not your food. After waiting 50 mins, I had to call and cancel the order. Asked for a refund and they said it would be refunded. Have called twice and I am told the same thing, it will take 3-5 days. It has now been over two weeks, not ok.
My first and last experience with Jimmy John's. It was actually worse than Subway, if you can believe that! It was like a stale cardboard tube sparsely filled with cheap expired knock-off-brand deli meats, smothered under a massive layer of mayo to hide any possible actual actual flavor. Luckily there was a giant piece of wilted iceberg lettuce to top everything off! The micro-slice of cheese was cut so thinly that I honestly don't even know what kind of cheese it was supposed to be! However, since I always try to end on a high note, the Dr. Pepper was good!
