Our business frequented this location on a regular basis for lunchtime. On multiple occasions, our subs were delivered over an hour later. And twice, we never received anything at all. I have contacted corporate, who was going to reach out the company. Being that it is privately owned, there wasn’t much they could do except let the owner know.
Took about 1hr to get to me and the sandwich I ordered was not correct. I called to talk about it and the manager said they won't make a new sandwich and deliver it to me. All I could do was call customer service and talk about the IT issue. Called IT and they won't do anything either other than submit a report that something went wrong when I ordered the sandwich. All around terrible customer service.

They lost my online order, had to wait for them to remake which made me 10 minutes late, and then the order was wrong. NOT IMPRESSED...
My son was playing in a soccer tournament in Stuart this weekend and we needed a quick stop for lunch. This place had quick nice service and normal food. I highly recommend this place if you are in a hurry!

I would come to this JJ's about once a week. well NO MORE!!!! i ordered my sandwich received it in the usual amount of time . Opened it up, looked at the roast beef looked a little odd, so I took the first and last bite. bread was hard like stale bread and the roast beef was TERRIBLE!! took a closer look and the beef was gray and kind of had a slime on it...So that is it .
