Ordered 2 giant subs and paid for extra meat. I called to complain because there was barely any meat, let alone extra meat. The person on the phone said she put “5 extra pieces of turkey” on a club supreme. There was not even 5 pieces of turkey on the whole sub…and not even a full piece of bacon. I was offered a credit $5 when I said I was going contact corporate after she repeatedly argued about it (a credit I never got). I did write corporate about the situation, they responded by saying it is a franchise but they did forward my email to the owner. I never heard one word back. I paid over $40 for 2 subs, never again.
We have always made Jersey Mike's subs our go to place. But, tonight, I ordered one Giant Kahuna, 1 medium Kahuna, both with no Jalapenos, one Italian.When I got home, I realized that they made 2 giant Kahunas and one medium, 1 one Italian. Loaded with Jalapenos. And, I paid for all of it . I called them, the girl who messed up the order could care less. I paid too much for an extra sub and they are loaded with hot peppers. And, that's just one Kahuna. The rest is in the refrigerator for tomorrow. I am so disappointed. When placing your order make them repeat the order back and check it before you pull out of the parking lot. She put me on mute twice, not paying attention to my order. Jalapenos are not good at this house.
Ordered with uber eats , because why not support the business you do, right? So my delivery was pretty fast so glad about that.. however , opened the bag and unwrapped my wrap then boom total experience I was hoping for --gone. Whoever wrapped this wrap must have had a personal vendetta because of all my 15+ years of food service I've never seen something like this sent out to a customer expecting a "fresher" experience. Totally disappointed ? the wrap was packed great, but the actual wrap itself is the issue clearly someone didn't gaf.

Excellent as usual.The Giant size #13 is good for 2 meals if you can keep from eating the whole thing at one sitting. ?
One of my favorite sub places in Stuart hands down...would have given 5 stars but everytime I come in here now I stand in line watching them make sandwiches for online orders...seriously I think people need to take a look at how they prioritize their clients.
I really enjoy the subs here , however the prices are getting very high for a sandwich. I get that food cost are going up ,but almost 20.00 for a large sub is pushing it.
The food is delicious but the floors were filthy, looking like they are never washed. Papers all over the floor. I won't return to this location.
Always great. Staff is amazing. The young lady who is the manager with the glasses deserves to be recognized. She does such a great job.
Today Jersey Mikes Subs provided lunch for all of us at Salvation Army. Besides being a very kind and generous thing to do the subs were terrific! Everything was fresh and well made and ever so tasty. I had not tried these before ( my bad) b but certainly will in the near future! Besides great subs the staff was so nice and friendly can't say enough good about these folks and their product.
