Always a favorite place anytime of day. Ordered the spicy Poblano omelet, that was not spicy at all. Instead they give us a bottle of hot sauce to spice it up. I could add hot sauce to my pancakes if i wanted. Why advertise on menu a spicy item that is not spicy? Previously i always get the Colorado omelet that never fails. All in all a nice experience, service and location1 star deduct due to lack of spice as advertised.
Went to IHop on Wednesday morning. We walked in and had a wonderful lady seat us and started us with coffee and hot tea she bring it to us and said your waitress Tara will be with you soon. Tara coming over and was like can I take your order I said wow no hello... she takes the order and bring breakfast out which was hot and very good (thumbs up to the cook) she never came to check on us and ask nows everything or do you need anything. So she comes back and said I'll bring the check over. She bring the check puts it on the table and walks away wth no thank you.. we then asked for more coffee and hot water for my tea brings it and doesn't say anything, she starts clearing the table. We paid and left. We did tip her it but it should of been less... the other waitress were so friendly and pleasant with other customers but not Tara... we will be back, but not having Tara wait on us... She needs to be trained better.
My children and I really liked our visit. Our waitress was awesome. She made sure that my kids got exactly what they wanted. The food was amazing and the price was right.
i got there and the lady took my to go order, it was just one omelette and a stack of pancakes, something that i could cook myself in 10 minutes. I ended up waiting almost 2 hours. And when i would ask the people up front they would just tell me there working on it. If i knew it would take this long i wouldn’t have came to this place. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
This I hop was the worst place we have TRIED to eat at. We waited 6 minutes for the hostess to set us then she just walked away without saying anything to us. Then the waitresses Saud if we weren't happy we could leave.SO WE DID. NEVER EAT HERE
I ordered the have it all breakfast. Really good pick it was delicious. The pancakes and French toast was fresh and tasty. The eggs cooked just right with the bacon,sausage, and hash browns were so worth the price. The only bad thing about the order was I ordered the blueberry syrup caddy for $4 extra. When I got there they told me they were out of caddy and said they gave me two maple syrup for it. Which I would have got for free with the order. I will order again but just not order the syrup caddy and will be very happy. Will be back...
Horrible service!!! The restrooms are horrible as well!!! A Customer with a small dog was brushing him on the table.. disgusting ?
I was seated quickly & the server came to take my order in a few minutes. The food was basic IHop quality and was served quickly & at a at a good temperature. Overall - a good meal.
Waited at counter 10 minutes, staff theredid not even acknowledge us .They passed by us several times. People in front us got discussed and walked out.We were seated and waited again before waitress asked what we wanted to drink.Coffee came and the cup had lipstick and egg on the rim of the cup.I told the waitress and ,"I was told the dishwasher was not doing a good job!!" "Just disgusting !!!" " Do you realize we have a pandemic going on!!!"The people at the next table had dirty cup and brought to their attention as well.PLEASE get it together!!!
Not real busy for Christmas. Food was good.
