Worst firehouse I’ve been to. Waited 30 minutes for my online order that supposedly was ready the whole time yet was not put out on the online order rack.
I placed an order to pick up at 4:45 PM. I got there at 4:40 PM to pick up my order and they were closed. I was still charged $15 for my sandwich that I never got. When I called the store the next day they refused to help me and said to call customer service for the app and then hung up on me. I called customer service for the app and they said to call the store because they are privately owned they have to issue the refund. I called the store back and once again they refused to help me and said they will take my phone number and call me back. Horrible service.
We frequent this Firehouse subs on occasion. It is under new ownership. While it may take a few more minutes to make a sub, compared to other sub places, they taste so much better and are worth the wait.When I was in their last time, I notice a few people being very impatient and rude to the employees..to the kids who work hard to serve us. Being kind is contagious... sadly so is being rude..please choose wisely. It feels good to bring a smile to someone's face.

Under new management with the same problems as before. 45 minutes waiting on my food and 8 other customers came in after I ordered and got their food first. Go to Moes next door or honestly anywhere else. Update: took 52 minutes for them to make my sandwich wrong and serve 9 customers before me. What a joke.
Went Sunday about 6:00 couple weeks ago sign said closed due to staffing problems, and try their other store next town. Wasn't gonna chance it. Went last night, sign in door new management open 4/5/2022, new management no better. Still closed, went to Moe's next door again.
Good Cheese Steak experience here. The New York Steamer was a good choice. The side of Mac & Cheese paired well. The place is very clean the counter servers were nice and friendly and the kitchen was fast. Good pricing.

We went from eating here twice a week on average, to never. Their utter lack of customer service (slow and like they hate their job) reflects poorly on the owner and management of this franchise. I realize it is hard finding workers, but they are out there, and currently NO other local restaurant that we visit out of the 10-15 we regularly dine at is providing poor service like this Firehouse location is. Corporate, if you’re reading this, you may want to get involved.
Slowest Firehouse ever, Tried them multiple times for dine-in, pickup and delivery, and they always disappoint.
