This place is the worst place I have ever been the staff needs to be replaced immediately. I was there Saturday 25 minutes in the drive through didn’t have my order correct twice finally just left I was late to an appointment. This morning I tried again the drive through was busy so decided to go in the doors are locked and no one would open the door five people deep someone finally told us we needed to walk up to the drive though. I’m 20 min late and thank God there was a sheriff in line because I would have lost my mind. This place needs major help NOW !!!!!
Solid option for coffee on the way to work. I love the app for ordering drinks ahead of time to take an confusion out of ordering in the drive thru. Unfortunately that isn't an option at this store. When app ordering comes back, it'll be 5 stars easily
Tried twice to purchase a boston creme.1st time they where closed at 4:00 pm2nd time they gave me a blueberry glazed?So this what $15. dollar an hour employees look like.. this location will never get another Penny from me
Expecting consistency was a big mistake on my part. Every one of them are run independently and it shows. The staff was a bit behind when it comes to customer service. Very nonchalant attitude but acted as though it was busy...it wasn't! Might be dicey if it gets busy.
Nice place, nice staff. Very convenient location. They were nice and gave two extra donuts. I got three drinks and they offered a drink holder without me asking. Very kind.
I'm constantly drinking coffee and I really appreciate and get to a store that recognizes me knows what kind of coffee I take it and have it ready people check it out wait has I mean if you go I Rush hour be ready to wait a little but those ladies they're on point they they see you coming in they already know your order check it out.
Although staff at drive thru register mentioned they were short staffed, they got me in and out pretty quick.
Extremely slow service due to under staffed personnel working there. But food was delivered correctly.
