Look as someone who also works a service job, I make it a point to be nice to other service workers. I never ever write reviews but man, I had the worst experience here. Went through the drive thru, everything was fine until after I paid. Person at the window handed me the wrong order, ok no problem, went to turn to give it back, but they were already taking someone else’s order. I barely uttered a word before I realized, they then proceeded to shush me, once they were done they berated me for interrupting them. I apologized, got my food and left.
Dont order door dash from this store, they put the correct order sticker on youre drinks but cant make them correct.. really not hard to read an order exp when u even put the sticker on a cup. They obviously dont care if its doordash bringing you coffee and send out whatever they want cause their to lazy to give you what you ordered thinking its okay cause youre not there in person.. so wasted money on doordash delivery just to have to drive up there myself and have them read the order on the cup and actually make it it correctly...
Place was quiet not much business. I was there with friends just sharing the time. Employees were very friendly

Great service at the Cove rd location
This was a horrible experience, I had to wait more than 10 minutes because they were distracted, I had to walk to the back of the shop to make them realize that we were there, bad service and to close off the story my daughter founded a bug in her donut, this place should be closed down
Getting my Dunkin’ in the morning is a frequent occurrence on my way to work these days. I have to give a huge shout out to all the ladies (and occasional gent) at the Cove and US1 location. They are always soooo nice and cheery. No matter HOW. Early in the morning. That’s for starting my day super ladies!!!
