I went there today and ordered coffee drinks and a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with butter and grape jelly and 25 munchkins assorted with regular glazed chocolate glazed and jelly. My iced coffee drink that I received that I drink all the time was so sweet that I couldn't drink it, The bagel that I got was a plain bagel toasted to burnt with butter and I got one pack of jelly on the side no jelly on the bagel I got 25 munchkins they were regular glazed and jelly only all the regular glaze was smushed and the jelly munchkins for stale. It was like the munchkins were left over from yesterday. There was a notice on the drive-thru window that said this location closes at 4:00 p.m. due to staffing issues. This store needs to close and do retraining and hire staff or they need to close permanently. The service I received was okay but the food and drinks that I received was beyond disgusting I'm very disappointed and I don't think that I'll be going back to this location and I also know that the owner of that location owns most of the Dunkin' donuts in this area as well as the warehouse so I guess maybe I have to reevaluate to whether I will be going to Dunkin' donuts at all.
The most Terrible Dunkin’ Donuts. Every single time I go even if no one is infront of me I have to wait nearly 10 mins. This trip I placed my order and was told twice hold on I have to check if we have it and both times they didn’t. I got to the window and the girl was not friendly at all. Very disappointed because this one is down the street from my home. I will be driving out of the way if I want Dunkin again.

I went on feb.15 around 730pm and the manger was a fat white lady and she was rude to my husband and then she knew she messed up by being rude and try to make it up by offering free donuts and then my coffee was suppose to be light and sweet and it taste like just coffee no creamer and sugar then I had to wait 25 minutes for my order and then when I got the food it was so cold and to top it off we had to say the order 3 times
Great coffee and the 3 ladies working 24 January 2022 were very professional. Dealt with a very rude drive thru customer with courtesy and restraint. Hats off to you 3
The staff are terrific here! Pretty busy with hangry people in dire need of their caffeine, but they all handle it with a friendly attitude, large amount of patience, and working as fast as they can to fill drive through and counter orders. Thank you!!
Service was kinda quick, but our order had to be remade because there were mistakes. Coffee just tasted 'off'. Almost like it was made with water that wasn't that clean.

Every single time I go to this location, the staff is rude. I've gotten burnt sandwiches more than once. Only reason I stopped here again is because it's on my way to work. Never again. Nothings changed.
The manager (I believe she in the manager) is horrible and rude. The service in general stinks. No matter how polite you are, since the new group of employees are in there, it’s more of a depressing way to start the day rather than relaxing!
