This place always has the worst service. I've been here a few times in the past because of its convenient location, but today will be my last. They've messed up on my orders (very simple things) too many times in the past, and the employees are just plain rude and nasty. Today, I had the usual rude service. I asked the girl at the drive thru a simple question about my order, and she gave me an attitude like I was annoying her. When I drove up to pick up my food, she just quickly handed me the bag. Didn't say anything. No thank you, no confirmation of everything being in the bag. I had to ask her if it was all there. That's the usual service you get there, but what made me write this review is that in the back, there was an older female employee cussing and swearing and shouting about how she hates working there and that she is going to quit. Sorry but I don't want someone like that preparing my food. Really all the employees come off like they hate working there. They seem so miserable and angry. I won't be returning.
This place appears to employ people that do not care about serving customers. I was in the drive thru window for over 15 minutes without anyone there to take my order. Pulled up to the window, and there's literally no apology for their blatant lack of customer service. Employee appeared to be under the influence of something, and I'll never come back again.

Ordered 2 croissants and wake up wraps and sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes.
Hot mess that’s all I gotta say if you can’t put a top on with sweet cream foam then have one of your coworkers do it.
Try the bacon, egg, and cheese with cherry wood smoked bacon for 3.99.
For sure the Ladies in the drive through window always make my day. Friendly Fast and get the order right . The only thing I don't like is they cannot take tips. They should be aloud a reward for excellent customer service.
Ok coffee - ok service
Horrible customer service. I walked in at 4:20 pm and employees seen me walk in. They chose to continue a conversation amongst themselves. I waited for a few minutes and when they looked at me and again kept talking, I walked out and I shall never go back. Plus, they had very few donuts. A couple of Boston cream, a few powdered donuts, muffins and a few bagels. That's it.
If you like hair in your ice coffee then this is the place for you ! AND the girl had the nerve to pick it out at the window and hand it back to me ( with attitude ) . Gross .
