This was literally the best experience I have ever had!! Not only were the drinks the best I ever had, the food was outstanding and the best part of it all was the hostess Annie!! She is the kindest, funniest, most sincere person I have ever met!! She has made my whole year!! Absolutely love this woman!! Whenever I visit, this will be the place I come to most!!
Super nice staff. Very attentive unfortunately they were so short staffed and our waitress had a 30 people party. Food and drinks were excellent our waitress was super nice.
Rocky start due to a miscommunication. But Calie crushed it. Everything from making sure our drinks were refilled to bring us the checks in a timely manner without us asking. She really made the experience one that Paul Emmit would have been proud to hear about. Great job Downtown Stuart.Keep it up.

We were a large party and understand that seating was limited based on the size of our party. But it was Trivia night and the speaker was at the end of our table. We politely asked that it be turned down a little or the direction changed as it was pointed at our table and was on a tri pod stand. Nope! So we ate with our hearts pounding from the noise. This is not a large place so the volume was in our opinion way out of proportion to the room size. We also heard others complaining. For some strange reason we were unable to be seated at one of the tables outside....The poor waitress attempted to help us to no avail and she was wonderful and apologized. Our food was ok at best not their best effort. We usually go to Duffys and get good food at a decent price. So were disappointed. Maybe this was an off night? And yes I understand the help situation but this was way beyond it. We'll try this place again when it is only us and not take others with us. Our bill was $$$$$ and I did leave a generous tip as this was not the poor waitress' fault she tried!
Hostess (Daniel) had an attitude as I walked in being. Racist. Went an got her manager after saying my card Is not going threw an she won’t be able to process my order. After management came inserted card onceEverything went threw no problem. Do spend your money with them
My husband and I had dinner here on St Patty’s Day (March 17). The place was extremely busy! Our server, Callie, was very attentive and very friendly. The manager on duty was Derrick. He was constantly helping his wait staff - something we very seldom see. It was nice to see a manager set a good example for the other employees. Our food was served hot and just like what we ordered.We will definitely be back!
Although the place is not always as clean as I would like it to be, you can't beat Duffy's burgers. Sandwiched between a movie theater and a bowling alley it is always a busy place. Just wish the staff could be more on top of keeping the place clean. Outside seating is great for people watching on this beautiful corner of Florida.
Place is an absolute joke. You’ll never see me walk into a Duffy’s again. Had to go to wawa for food because the wings took longer then 57 min lol complete waste of time
Our family had an interesting yet fulfilling evening at Duffy’s/Superplay! We called a few hours prior to arrival asking what time last call was and were told 11pm. When we arrived to our lane, we were told we missed last call by waitress Gabby, who immediately wasn’t our favorite. We went up front to verify with the sweetest ladies, Tiffany and Greta (there was another young lady but we didn’t catch her name). Steve, the manager, was summoned and we were able to get our last minute orders in by the skin of the kitchens teeth! (Thank you for not 86’ing us! No complaints on our meals.) Not only did that save our night, but Jeff at the bar handled our (12) drink order with POISE! He was polite and patient, regardless of the obvious stress he was experiencing. Although the bar was already closing, he made sure to craft each of our drinks as if we were the first customers of the night and we truly appreciate that. While our drinks were being made, Gabby was sure to alert Jeff that she ‘had already told (us) Duffy’s was closing, Steve told (us) to come, I don’t know!’ That would’ve been appropriate, had she approached him privately behind the bar, but her voice and body language were loud enough for other patrons to witness. I’m sure she’s sweet otherwise, but tonight, was tasteless as far as customer service is concerned. For us, tonight was about FAMILY - an aspect of life that is well represented by both Duffy’s and Superplay on a consistent basis. Some of us drove from 40+ mins away, tired yet eager to reconnect and have a great night together. Steve was reassuring and resolute in support of that! Jeff was TRULY a rockstar!!! Madison was an Angel, assisting us with delivering our drinks on just one tray, all the way down to lane 1 (a TREK)! Our food was brought to us by Jordyn who was also very pleasant and had already double checked that our order was accurate. Tonight didn’t necessarily go as smoothly planned but the staff made us and our satisfaction a priority, besides Gabby of course, who we’ll assume was simply feeling tension from our ‘eleventh hour order’ and was ready to go. A human sentiment, of course - however, the outward expression was the only salt of the evening. Our suggestions are that all staff be aware of the accurate information to provide over the phone as well as maintaining professionalism under pressure. We enjoyed Duffy’s at Superplay and will be back for the food and fun!
