If I could give this a zero star I would. I got a small and medium banana split blizzard around 10:05 and it had NO bananas and no strawberries but alot of pineapple. We asked for a refund because it was not what we asked for and they said that they put the bananas and strawberries in but they were lying. Not trying to be a karen but we asked for the managers number and she was so rude and did not care at all. Please if you see this review just know that it wasn't the best experience, to be honest it was one of the worst.
I was in jensen visiting around 11am and was going to go inside with my 13 year old this old lady with glasses screamed at me and told me not to go inside I told her I had to use the bathroom and told me and my son that it's for paying customers only but couldn't even order cause she yelled at me before I even walked in (she was outside near her car) never will I return to this location upper ups need to speak with this lady who's apparently rude on Google review from others as well. Horrible women to yell at someone just for opening the door
So I went to the garbage can to take off the half a ton of whipped cream that was put on my moolatte caramel. Next thing you know it fell into the garbage. I went back to the counter to ask the old woman with glasses if I could please have another one. She told me I would have to pay again! I am in the food industry. I will never be back to this location. I still do not know what a moolatte caramel taste like and I'm short 5 bucks! All the customer service reviews are on point! She's got competition down the road and I went to Culver's to get a shake.
I arrived at the Jensen Beach Dairy Queen at 9:47 the door was locked and the girls were inside talking to teenagers on assuming they said were closed they put their finger across their throat and I said to the door you’re not supposed to close till 10:00 PM they said we’re close we cannot serve you they didn’t seem like they cared at all after I drove 10 minutes to get there this is the second time this is happened I guess that’s what you get from hiring minimum wage employees teenagers. The location was Jensen Beach on US one and the date was Sunday January 23 Sunday night
They have a rat infestation in their back room, I literally saw two workers pushing a rat outside their back door while I were waiting in the Starbucks drive-through. They were pushing it out with a squeegee. This isn’t the first time either I’ve seen them throw a rat out in the back either. They have had a rat problem for months and people are still getting ice cream & food from them.
we stop by a few times per year. The place is usually pretty clean, never a long wait. Good.
A friendly , pleasant store....Store personnel are efficient even with a large clientele...The ice cream offerings are varied...
Hours on the website and on the store door indicates that the store opens at 12pm. I was just escorted out of the store by a woman who stated the store opens 3pm. This was embarrassing, imagine walking in to order and you’re being told “the store is not open yet” to 3 other customers -__- what in the world.
Workers Toby and Diego are very kind and helpful. They know what they are doing and greeted us kindly. Great service.
I was very disappointed with the customer service; no smiles no happy greeting and the ice cream cake design was ridiculously sloppy. I'm not a picky person but it was for my daughter's birthday and I was super disappointed.
