Think they need to improve on customer service. Sometimes lanes are long and kids are taking forever to get the orders process. It requires a TEAM effort to work there and front centers have to rely on back stage suppliers to have it ready and filled when frequently, not just when the run out! Cleanliness is a factor, too! Before, they had a person cleaning the working area and making sure items dont get mix (something you see everyday nowadays) as there is only 1 person working orders +++ all other things!I have personally experienced attitude from server and even tell them to take a break or smile at Life.....even while at work!
I’m a vegan. I ordered a veggie bowl for pickup: brown rice, black beans, mild tomato, medium green, hot red, and guacamole. When I got home with my order, I got a STEAK bowl. STEAK BOWL with none of the toppings I paid for! That’s not a small mistake! It is beyond me how my VEGGIE bowl could be mixed up with a STEAK bowl. One has meat. The other does not! A very distinct difference. I wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone by phone! This isn’t a white rice/brown rice mix up or a “sorry we forgot the guac, but you can eat everything else” mixup. This is a “ I can’t eat this; what am I going to eat for dinner” gigantic error, and I refuse to be overlooked. I was very clear when I placed my order!
My husband and I were just at the Jensen Beach, Fl chipotle the entire store was a complete and total disaster. There wasn’t a spot in the store that was not filthy. The food prep area was s’mores with old food. Every table in the store and outside the store was covered in old food. The drink area was filthy and empty. Instead of the idle employees(two females) at the counter going out and cleaning the tables and making sure the store was presentable they both stood on their phones texting. There was a young man in the back prepping food with no hat or hairnet on his head. Everyone who came in the store and ate inside had to ask for a table to be cleaned off. Still no one cleaned the store. The health department needs to do a surprise inspection. No real management was present in the store.
EXTREMELY DISGUSTING! The health department needs to go in and do an inspection.Every single table in the restaurant was filthy. Floors filthy! Drink station completely empty. No tea, lemonade, etc.. No forks or napkins at the station either.Everyone seems to have time to be on cellphones though.
Ordered with Doordash. Spent $36 for salty unedible guacamole and chips, brown rice and black beans were undercooked And extremely fatty steak strips. Complete waste of money. Better off at flats or Moe's.
Think a literacy test should be given before hiring. Half of my ingredients were forgotten, and the meat is dry. My dog sure enjoyed the rice and meat though.

Excellent drive up, very fast, however any bottled beverages already ordered (and pre-paid for) are unavailable at the take out window due to “policy”. Instead, you are offered a watered down, heavy on the ice fountain drink, even though you were offered the opportunity to buy a specialty artisanal beverage that cost more than a fountain beverage. If they really have such a “policy”, then why are customers presented options that the business KNOWS it won’t fulfill at time of pickup? That seems DISHONEST and intentional “bait and switch”, the stuff of a deviant cheat or an incompetent moron.
Once again the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I swore I’d never go back to the Stuart one but I did and I guess I deserve what I got. 7 pm on a Thursday and out of chips. Asked for extra chicken and the kid just totally ignored me. Asked for extra cheese and the other kid ignored me. The girl at the register acted like having no chips was the most normal thing in the world when half the menu needs them. One kid working and 5 kids standing talking, what a joke. I honestly should be given a 1000 gift certificate for the amount of times I’ve been burned by this location. If you want chipotle go over the bridge to Jensen because the Stuart location should be shut down.
No way, won't go here again! Ordered online. Ask for my order at the counter, the man disappeared for 13 minutes. Another guy asked to help me, I told him I'm waiting on my online order, he went to the back and got my Cold and Soggy order. I left and attempted to eat it and was horrified. It looked as if it was put together last month and it was leaking down the side of the bowl because the lid wasn't put on either. Thanks for the stain on my pants!
