My girlfriend and I walked in to this location around 8:30pm. There was 1 person in line in front of us who was promptly helped. There were, at the time 2 people working on the line, and one other person visible in the kitchen. Shortly after the person in front of us completed and paid for his order, an employee appeared at the line to help us. He was a younger male, who appeared very intoxicated. He had a hard time paying attention to what he was doing, and seemed to be looking past us into space. He asked my girlfriend for her order, a burrito bowl, and if I wanted something too. I told him I would like a burrito. He began preparing her food, and never started my burrito. Her order was finished and she was waiting by the register when he returned. "You want a burrito" he asked...while he was preparing her food 3 other employees made 3 other online orders while I waited there to be helped. He began making my burrito...he put a half a scoop of rice on, and I asked if I could have a little more...another half a scoop..."You want meat?", yes I would like some chicken please..."Beans?", black beans...then he looked at the person standing next to him and said, "you finish it" and walked away...I looked at my girlfriend and said..I'm leaving...our food, prepared and half prepared just lay there as we left...Stop putting online orders in front of your paying guests standing right in front of you!

I don't know why I keep trying with this place. Last visit, like it has happened before, I get my food and something isn't cooked right... the beans are usually hard, this time it was the rice. By the time I realized it, I was already back at work and couldn't even eat half the food or take it back! I was Salty... just like their beans.

It’s Chipotle, as with all chain restaurants the goal is to have the same service and menu anywhere in the US and well that’s what you get here. In recent months the cleaning quality has decreased as they’ve faced labor shortages. Hopefully they will incentivize more people to work there and it can move back up to a 4 star review; but until then the overflowing trash etc will keep the score down. The food is still good and made fairly quick.

Walked in and they were out of steak. This was the 3rd time now in weeks of trying to get some steak. On top of that, I looked at the portions they were trying to sell me for full price and walked out before the poor kid working could put meat on my burrito. Sorry kid! I know it's not your fault. I use to work for chipotle. I see the inflation. I can see why they're losing business now.

The times i have been there, i would have to ask multiple times to get more rice or beans, the teenagers working there serve you as if they were rationing the portions and if you tell them something they just roll their eyes and keep moving with their day. Cranky servers, overly salty chicken sometimes, i get it the food industry is in decline but damn, not worth going there during my lunch when im in a hurry.

Do NOT order from website. The order is delivered by door dash and not sure who made the mistake but half of our order wasn't delivered. When trying to fix it, all you can do is text to an automated response system that didn't understand how to fix the issue. I tried calling the restaurant directly but again the automated response robot didn't put you through to a live person who can help you. All that happened is they refunded my 9 dollar and change tip on an 80 dollar order. So I am now out 40 dollars and half my coworkers don't have lunch. So frustrating. What a scam. Do not order off their website. If they mess up, you are just out of luck, money, and your food.*update: one of my coworkers drove to chipotle to try to talk to someone and they were very apologetic and fixed the order. Hope the door dash guy is enjoying the food he stole. Changed my rating from a 1 star to 3 star. Love chipotle but they need a better delivery service.

Came inside and spent 8.63 on a full chicken bowl just for them to barely give me any chicken and white rice in my bowl. I was rationed on everything i was given. Ordering chicken, white rice, sour cream, guacamole, corn, mild, and cheese; the top of the bowl barely even touched the food. If i ask for all of that and spend my money at your restaurant then teach your employees how to give someone the full price of how much they spent. The woman directly before me was given twice the amount of food for no reason as well, while also spending the same amount as me.

If I could give 0 stars i would this place is garbage half of these people don't know what they're doing the place is always dirty food taste like nothing I bought a steak burrito and got something that it looks like pork meat and very small anyways taco bell burritos have more flavors and good taste and way cheaper than this place please stop saying this place is good because is not dont spend your money here.

ordered from door dash a chicken burrito with rice beans guacamole sour cream and cheese and this was what i got just rice barely and meat sour cream i dont mind paying for stuff but if this is what i get its not worth my money

Always a good standard in a pinch when I'm too tired to cook. I have been going here for a few years. Although the staff changes, the food quality is good. If you appreciate beverages other than soda, or artificially flavored drinks. Then you may like the addition of the fresh organic drinks. There are 4 or 5 different options, it's a refreshing option.
