Had to wait a few extra minutes for food to be ready but at least was fresh. Size of the chicken sandwich felt like it was meant for a child. Small, simple and slightly cold. Disappointed they don't carry the amazing Dr. Pepper but was expected (even employee agreed with me). Although on the upside, the fry seasoned chicken tenders were pretty good. And also their fries had good flavor.
food is almost always hot here and comes quick. food is not bad at all and they are open late! staff were cool
I don't know I think they have so much potential to be great because they are famous for their fries !!!! The only thing I have a problem with is employees with bad hygiene working the window . I mean it looks like they rolled out of bed and got to work and dirty uniforms . Open wounds and sores for the public to see . Yellow teeth I mean have some dignity about how you present yourself when you're working with food and the public. But the food is good !!! Sometimes the burgers are cold , and they don't give receipts and you're waiting longer at night because there's only 2 workers but even then potential to be very great ?
Staff here has been great recently, glad to see shuch positive change in the restaurant from what it was a few years ago. Food always rocks! Some times it takes a few minutes, but hey, better fresh than microwaved like Wendy's. THANKS Stacy! Thanks Geo!
To many signs in drive thur just for a customer drive up in take orders ..order taker was not friendly and both of my orders was made wrong the fries was hot but the sandwich was cold in for some reason they dont't give you receipts
Very disappointed...I ordered a fries-fry lovers. The fries tasted terrible..very very salty. The worst part is I poured them in to the bag thinking it would help..the bag became literally soaked through with grease. I was going to ask for a refund but I didn't even want to deal with any problem. I had to throw them away. Checkers you need to change your ways.
Forgot 1/2 of our order and acted like the didn't see me when I went to the window to resolve it. There wasn't anyone in line when we ordered and as we were leaving there were several people complaining that they forgot 1/2 the order as well.
Great food with exceptional employees maken sure everything was satisfactory!
