Stopped for an oil change a couple miles down the block and waited it out at Charlie's. It's definitely the neighborhood hangout. Great atmosphere and decor. Monster TV in the dining area, and plenty of others throughout. Must make for a great NFL Sunday. I had the French Dip. They don't bake the sandwich so it came out soft and mushy instead of nice and crunchy, and I'm pretty sure they used cheesesteak meat for the French dip and not roast beef. The meat wasn't shaved, a little thicker than what you might expect. It was ok. The tater tots were fine. Plenty of beer to choose from. This is the place to be if you're in town. We'll worth the visit. Must be packed at dinner time. Indoor outdoor seating. Nice bar out back.
We frequent charlie's at least once a month. Very chill and cool atmosphere. 9 times out of 10 the wait staff is on point and we've never had a complaint on food. Although the outside is designed for the bar crowd, we love taking our kids with us and sit inside. Awesome restaurant to have in our community!! Keep up the great work team!
Even though Charlie's is only 5 minutes from where I stay in Stuart, I had not had the opportunity to visit before this most recent weekend. After a late work appointment, on Friday evening being hungry and thirsty and with an empty fridge at home, I decided to take a flyer and try it out before I went home.Being a Friday night at about 8:30, the parking lot was literally overflowing. This seems to be a constantly busy place during work hours if parking lot fullness is a guide for popularity.I would describe it as a very traditional bar and grill style restaurant. Varied menu, lots of neon and signs, but a welcoming ambience and a lively crowd. A good live cover band was playing and the dance floor was constantly hopping. The vibe is definitely that this is a locals hangout, but I felt comfortable and the bartender Mike treated me well for a first timer.I ordered a couple of drinks and a blackened mahi special with steamed vegetables and garlic toast. On a 5 star scale, food was a 3, but a solid 3. I'm paying $10 for fast food nowadays and this was real food for only $5 more. I'll take it! Drink prices are typical local pricing.Weekend nights are definitely for the grownups, but I can see families having an early dinner here during the week with no issues.I would have given it a 5 star, but between the 3 star food and some service struggles for some of the non-bar tables, a low 4 is more than fair. Charlie's is in a convenient spot with decent food and decent service.If you're not in a hurry and local, this is a pretty good choice.

Met a friend there, waitress was right at the table for a drink order. She came back and we ordered food, the gentleman that brought the burger asked if I needed anything before leaving the table an brought it to me. my friend and I made a comment that the server never came back to ask if everything was ok. she saw the empty plate and asked if we needed anything else. The burger was good and the place has indoor and outdoor seating. Busy location!
I had the Cool Man Burger with an extra Patty added on a Monday night! I also ordered extra blue cheese and extra blackened only the waitress forgot to tell me that was an extra charge! I ordered it medium rare so that would be pink inside but when I finally got it, it was raw! I had to send it back! Also was not super busy I had to continually wait for my waitress to come by and stick my hand out to stop her. Haven't been here in a while, now I remember why! The food and the service has gone downhill.?✌
Best local hangout. Strong drinks, good service, comfortable atmosphere. Two bars, one inside and one sort of outside. Great place to order food and chill. Recommended.
Wife had the Fish Platter and I had the Shrimp Platter. Fish was cold and over seasoned and the Shrimp was cold and very small, size of a nickel. Waiter only checked on us one time. Bill was $48 and the food was same as fast food, chewed like rubber. Don’t recommend!
Website going to grow especially we have been going to Charlie's at its previous location and this location. Moved away and coming back to visit could not think of any other place we'd rather be to have a celebration of a birthday family get together super bowl Sunday and Valentine's day. They were magnificent love the staff love the food love Charlie's. Thank you all so much you are absolutely wonderful
We have lived in Jensen Beach for over 20 years and every time we rode by this place, we commented on how many cars were in the parking lot. But for some reason we never tried them. We finally went this past Saturday and were really surprised. It has a sports bar kind of vibe, but with a huge amount of bar seats inside and outside. Lots and lots of staff and they were all on point. It definitely has the neighborhood bar feel. I had the wings and they were naked and hot. My wife had the prime rib dip on special for $13. It was really good and a helluva good sandwich for the money. We will most definitely be back
