Fettuccine with shrimp was a disappointment. I would have preferred if the mushrooms were sautéed much more than the marinated mushrooms included in my dish. They tasted like they had just come from a jar. The taste does NOT blend well with the white sauce.

We hadn't been to Carrabba's in a long time, but will be back soon. Mary, our server was excellent. We had the scallop scampi, and mussels to start and both were delicious and portions were large. The mussels were very good quality. For our entrees we had Pork chips Marsala and the Johnny Trio and both dishes were delicious and cooked to our requested temperature. For dessert we had the Limoncello bread pudding. A great dining experience all around and very good value.

Waitress was great. Chef needs to taste the food. Too much salt and a bit too much pepper. Too much added to the sauces. Simplicity is often better. Scallops were over done which made them chewy. Veal Marsala was also over cooked and didn't have a Marsala taste. Half could not be eaten as it had a sourtaste. Great service but needs a chef with functional taste buds.service

After ordering from Carrabba‘s through Covid and continuing to order at least two times a week at current date 4-11-22, how do they keep ignoring the notes of not putting mushrooms and peas in the fettuccine ? Who is in charge of looking at the notes before making the food so that after people order and wait 45 minutes for a delivery then find out that they can’t eat their food because it wasn’t properly made ? This is absolutely insane. I finally know that I’m not the only one as I have other friends that have had all the same problems with this restaurant and other restaurants. We the people helped your restaurants survive through Covid and this is what we get in return.Absolutely unacceptable and slapping the person in the face that helped your restaurant through Covid.Bryce C. We never had a bad meal there they are so accommodating if something is off they ain’t to please as opposed to an authentic Italian restaurant you pretty much get what they got for a much larger premium it’s quick it’s fast and the kitchen is completely visible plus they have a rewards program which I usually forget to give my card at the end of the dinner anyway lol

Waitress was excellent. Very busy but very attentive

The food is always tasty. This time I dined on the double Tuscan pork chops (great) with a pasta side and my wife the grilled salmon. She said this was the best prepared salmon she can recall – a little crispy outside with tomatoes and nicely cooked inside, with zero fishy smell. This was complemented by a nice, dry Barbera d'Asti wine.As is usually the case at Carrabba's, the staff - front desk, bar staff and wait staff are the weak links. ? I guess if you have choice between great chefs/cooks and house staff, but not both, you'd take the kitchen employees every time.

Phenomenal server named Mark, who went out of his way to provide excellent service while being spread too thin. But, the food was subpar, at best. Not one in our party of six were truly pleased with our meals. Steak had a vinegar-y taste and broccoli had a chemical taste. How do you make broccoli taste bad. Overcooked or undercooked, maybe...but how do you explain a chemical taste? And, the reviews were unanimous.

I was very pleased with my Sicilian chicken soup, lasagna and cannoli cake which my husband and I shared. I hadn’t been to Carabba’s in a long time and was surprised at the reasonable prices. The service was very good along with a lovely waitress. Will definitely go back.

Horrible experience , order a bottle for f and glasses came dirty very dirty, I asked for clean ones a they came with another two all greasy and dirty, same with silverware, my husband order a beer and they serve one that was expired on Nov 2020, after 30 min of this horrible experience we decided to leave.
