Great wood fired taste. They are slower than Molasses in winter time, and 50% of the time they are out of stuff you want, but in this case the good does out weight the bad, because their sandwiches are amazing. And with the gas station store directly behind it, you can get all your coffee or drink needs while you wait......and wait you will. Easy 15-20 minutes.

The food was great and if you are in the area around breakfast time I highly recommend the Cowboy breakfast sandwich.
They sell out of some bagels pretty quick and be prepared to wait abit. Simple no frills breakfast bagels truck, definitely a must try in when in the area.
These are the best bagels in town! Always fresh and delicious, fast service is guaranteed. The three little pigs was great and I love that they are wood fired. Highly recommended!!
First time - in town for business and the restaurant I had planned on eating at had an hour wait.Got the cowboy version on an everything bagel. Delicious. Just sad that I live 3 hours away and can't go back to try the other sandwiches.Service was friendly and fast. Price was great for quality of food!Hoping to visit again next year and will definitely return!
May have best bagels in the world or not but I will never know. At 10:15am on a Sunday they were out of bagels. Guys make more bagels you will sell more. Drove 40 minutes with hopes of trying your bagels but apparently not in the cards.
