Nice place to visit and stay awhile - organic coffee from around the world used in your favorite coffee drink; a nice assortment of pastries too. The owner and his crew are friendly. I plan to visit again when in Palm City.
This place is great for coffee. Tons of organic options. They have an Eastern European influence. They make Burek and other great pastries from Eastern Europe. I come daily whenever I am in the area.
Amazing coffee, selection and ambiance!
All of the pastries are freshly made, you can see the fragrant coffee beans being roasted in the open, which may I say, I found quite fascinating. They actually care about cleanliness and are always wearing gloves, never seen touching food with their bare hands. If you’re ever in Stuart, or you’re willing to drive there, it’s definitely worth a visit!
The pros: It is a change of pace from Starbucks. The barista/proprietor is very nice. The coffee gets you buzzed! The cons: Hot Latte's could be hotter. Ice tends to melt quickly with cold drinks.Establishment itself appears to be short handed and in a little disarray.Could be cleaner. That said, I will still go back.
I found this place by chance and so happy I went in!!! Love Love Love the coffee and the awesome service and coffee knowledge!!!
One of the BEST coffee shops and the BEST micro roastery I've ever visited. The coffees, the education and the staff are INCREDIBLE!!! Dimitri starts your coffee adventure by learning what type of coffee you like than expands your education of coffee, letting you sample coffees (scoops some freshly roasted coffee beans grinds them right off the bat and brews a delicious cup of coffee so you can sample different beans), and his goal is to make the perfect coffee you like! Plus they have ALL the coffee drinks, and they make espresso the ole fashion way!If you like coffee it's worth a stop, if you love coffee it's a destination!!!
Best Coffee Shop in Florida!Great selection of organic coffee beans, freshly roasted that day.Delicious pastries baked daily. Baristas are knowledgeable and friendly. The owner goes beyond to ensure you enjoy your drink and pleasant atmosphere of beautiful coffee shop.I highly recommend this place and will be back!!
3 Baristas is a glorified Starbucks masquerading as a 3rd-wave specialty shop. I've been twice, hoping that they could have magically improved since my first visit, but the quality remained unchanged. Although they have options galore, their espressos tastes burnt and without nuance. The barista I spoke to could not tell me anything about the type of roast nor anything about the origin of the beans other than what was written on the container in front of me. I should have known better; it is always a red flag when establishments offer 'sizes' for traditional espresso drinks. What even is a "20 oz cappuccino" and how can the smallest size offered be 12 oz? I have heard good things about their smoothies but isn't that sad... A coffee shop that does everything but coffee well? Thankfully, Stuart has a thriving coffee culture and we have the option to visit shops that far surpass the quality of 3 Baristas.
Coffee selection is vast, always fresh and tasty. Food items are priced fairly and my blueberry pastry was great. Probably my favorite coffee shop in this area. Owner is extremely knowledgeable and great to talk to.
