I had a small staff party of 15 people. The pizza was FANTASTIC! Delivered right on time and the gentleman who delivered said he made it a point to always deliver the pizza nice and hot. I was super impressed by the customer service. Highly recommend
I ordered from here about 6 or 7 years ago and the pizza sucked. But the last 2 times that I order from here I loved it. Great service and pizza! I ordered a large Works and I told the manager or owner that I was going to eat it all by myself and I am..... tonight!
The Philly Cheese Steak was AWESOME!! Too much mayo, but so good, and only $9.00! They have lunch specials to before 3pm!! The pizza slices and pies are HUGE!!
Ordered here a few times and it was great, except that they refused to honor the deal prices listed on their website - unethical but it was a few bucks so not a huge deal.They cooked the extra crispy wings perfectly, but dropped the ball on my order tonight. 18 wings that were supposed to be extra crispy and extra wet, were neither, and the sauce was wrong. Called the store to get a credit for them, and the young lady at the front (who is WONDERFUL), spoke with the manager and said he offered $5 off my next order. I told her that wasn’t enough for 18 wings, and to please transfer me so she didn’t have to go back and forth. A man gets on the phone and I explain that usually the wings are perfect, but they weren’t tonight and I would like them replaced next time. He says $5 should just about cover it. I explain the 6 wings I ordered separately were $7.99 alone, and that’s not even counting the other 12 wings, so no, that doesn’t cover it. He said, “do you want the $5 or not?!” I replied, “wow!”, and he said, “I mean I’m trying to end the call and you keep going back and forth.” I asked his name and if he was the manager and he said his name is Sal and he’s the owner. I told him to keep his $5 and we won’t be back. So unbelievably unprofessional and nasty! And not business savvy, because he lost a frequent customer over some chicken wings. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!
I’ve been here 3 total times now. First two times were good, service was good food was good. Third time around though, made an online order for pickup at 6:30 pm, was told 20 min estimate which is normal, it’s a Tuesday night not a popular night. No cars out front, arrived about 6:55, walk in nobody seems to be in a hurry or anything not busy, only one there currently about an order, was told after 5 min that it would be another 15 min… 25 min later order was finally done. Asked if they had gotten the order at 6:30, got a response of “I don’t know.” Asked if the garlic knots were in the bag with my order which was tied shut and got a response of “I don’t know. I’d check . Not a single apology for an unnecessary wait. Asked if they had just started the order when I showed up and got a response of “I think so.” Not very happy at all, and on the edge of not giving business here again.
I got a veggie pizza no cheese and they made it right! My only complaint is i also added spinach and for 2.25 i would have expected the entire pizza to have a layer on the bottom not a few leaves scattered around especially since spinach is so cheap and they charge more for spinach than other toppings. Also would like to see westshore come into 2022 and start offering vegan cheese and meats.
I've always considered Westshore Pizza my favorite pizza place in the past but my last order looked like they took a totinos pizza out of the wrapper and just threw it in the oven. It came in the box with a pizza sitting in a foil liner. The middle of the pizza was so soggy I just threw it away after a few bites. I don't if they're trying to save money or not, but this is not the same pizza I've had in the past ( in light of the response, I'll probably give them another chance.....maybe the issue is this was the first time ordering S instead of L)
We have ordered several times from this location and always been more than satisfied. We’re in middle of moving and wanted a good order out meal. Very disappointed in the delivered meal. 12 very small chicken wings, antipasto salad had dressing in bottom of bag. Nothing left in the container for salad. Salad was 85% ice berg lettuce with small amounts of antipasto meat. Garlic knots were cold. Delivered before expected time which was a plus.Called 54th Ave S store to talk to manager. Got a snarky someone who answered phone. Manger to call me back. Only through my insistence a manger finally got on phone. Apologized but offered nothing for bad size of food other than he would bring us more dressing. Very poor customer service and care. It’s sad we have to go to another vendor and we will order from someplace else going forward The manager didn’t didn’t really care about future lost business and the folks we will tell about our poor experience going forward.
This location finally got some new (REAL) management and it shows!! Food tastes 100% better, friendliest atmosphere and the entire staff (including the new owner) hussles hard to make sure your experience is the best it can be!! Highly recommended!!
So happy this place is right around the corner from me! We order at least three times a month and food is always great!!! Never have I had a problem while ordering or my food being wrong!!! They are also very good a quoting how long delivery time will be. You’ll regret not ordering from them?
