Love Tropical Smoothie! The watermelon mojito is phenomenal with an edible lime or strawberry straw! I enjoy the vegetarian options & the service is great!
Ordered Jetty punch with a buffalo chicken wrap and chips. Smoothie was ok, a bit watered down, not much flavor, but the wrap was terrible. Very wet, way too much buffalo sauce, messy wrap, not much chicken at all, but the chicken that was inside I spit most of it out because it was fatty and grizzle like pieces. Barely ate half the wrap but I opened up the other half just to show you what it look like inside.Cost me about $13-14 dollars. I think I know why it was empty inside and I was the only customer. I barely just paid and my smoothie and food was in my hands already as if , not accusing, they had already made it but someone changed their mind. Please try to be better at least so I don’t have to always drive to park blvd and 66th.
Went with friends their into the Smoothies and Wraps. I'm vegetarian so Wraps are out for me. Was told they can do a Cesar Salad without Chicken. Was Simply Terrible!Served a Big Bowl of Dull Lettuce and 3 half slices of tomatoes and Cesar dressing in cup. That'sss it Folks!! I could have drank a glass of water instead what I half ate. Mind you plastic fork an knife. I was Charged for Full Amount even without the Chicken..Wrong..Just so Wrong!Atmosphere was not to my liking.No Thank You*..Won't Be Back!!!
Time and time again, I deal with the worst customer service here. Every time I come here I’m reminded of why I should take my business else where. I live right next door and the convenience is nice, but I’d rather drive my car 30 minutes than walk 2 to come here. My advice would be to hire people that want to be here and not ones that make their customers miserable just to talk to.This was absolutely my last time coming here and I recommend that you do not give this place your business. Where this company hires their employees from completely baffles me because they are all so incredibly rude.If you’re craving trop smoothie just drive 14 minutes from this location to 2695 Roosevelt Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33760.. it’s worth it.
Terrible service!! Tried to order through the app and the wrong location was selected. Their phones don't work so you can't call to cancel and the app doesn't allow you to cancel an order. I was told that I have to eat the cost from the owner Alexi. It is stores such as these that hurt the Tropical Smoothie Franchise.
If I could give them negative stars I would. 40 mins waiting for a smoothie and sandwich. Avoid this place at all costs
Delicious! I love all of the fresh options. Everything they have is good. I haven't had one thing I didn't like so far. Perfect when you want a homemade salad without the homemade.
Absolutely disgusting smoothies and wrap. The smoothie was watered down and the wrap had undercooked chicken. It was so bad that even though together it was $15, I’m disputing the charge. Took forever too.
I loved how clean and bright the location is. The lonely employee was waiting on 3 people. *Really?! It's breakfast time and there's only one employee!*The Detox Tropical Smoothie had almost no flavor, though thankfully I did taste the ginger. The Jerk Chicken wrap tasted nice, but as a Jamaican I wish the restaurants who want to serve "jerk" knew what it taste like! ? There was NO SPICES! NOT EVEN THE TASTE OF BLACK PEPPER! ? REALLY?! The sauce and pineapple made the wrap sweet! ????? Please STOP False Advertising! Making Americans think Jerk it's something it's not! ? ? I don't know why I expected something better ?
Sue is whipping up breakfast fast and friendly. A little spice for my morning pickup with a Cajun shrimp wrap and Avocolada smoothie to keep me going. Thanks for the excellent personality and customer service.
