First time here, had their chicken bacon ranch flat bread sandwich which was very good also had the strawberry, pineapple, banana smoothie, highly recommended.
Tropical Smoothie is a great place to go for really good smoothies and also brunch or quick lunch options. They have a wide selection of different types of smoothies. They also have sandwiches, wraps, chicken and shrimp salads, and tasty food selections for vegetarians or vegans.
The one on 34th st. Ordered online, got there much later than I planned and they kept it cold for me! AND the smoothie was delish! They Said they were slammed all day but they did not compromise on the quality of the smoothie. Go get you one right now! This location is the best one. Trust me!
I have been meaning to write this review for awhile. I love coming into this store. Leah is one that stands out. Always greets me by name. Makes sure my smoothie is exactly what I ordered. Always smiling. Before she joined this store it was not as nice. For awhile I came in almost everyday. She would see me pull up and already have my smoothie in the works. Once she met me at the door smoothie in hand. Above and beyond service. Everyone that works with now greets me by name. Asks me how I am doing. Positive breeds positive and she is that.
The last few times I've been here they scoop so much ice in it to make sure they have enough that after it's poured in half of the blender is still full. This means half of the ingredients are left in there too leaving the shake tasting like a watered down aftertaste of what it's supposed to taste like. I tried to give this place a few chances because I used to love the smoothies but that was the last chance smh.
The worst tropical smoothie ever. Got the Bahamas mama but feel like ice strawberry syrup. Still a lot big rock Ice and plain sweet. More over we got 2 small cups instead without inform us at the first place when we order. Please fix it. I still want to buy more drink from you guys.
This tropical smoothie has definitely gone downhill after changing ownership. And don’t tell me they haven’t changed because i was an employee over a year ago and quit due to the ownership changing… After ordering my total was $19 and some change I handed the woman a $20 bill and she snaps back we don’t have change. You don’t have literal coins in your drawer?? I said she could keep the change because it’s not a big deal just very unprofessional. After waiting for my smoothies i recieved them extremely overflowing from the lid which i had to clean up because i didn’t want smoothie all over my vehicle.
Ordered pick up and it cost almost twice as much. Then when i got there I still had to wait over 5 mins. And my sandwhich was missing banana and had too much granola in it. Smoothie was good atleast.
The two ladies who helped me were the nicest people ever! My sunrise sunset smoothie was the second highlight of my day, compared to their kindness.
Worst attitude by the person at the front counter. The lady took a large $50.00 order ahead of me but complained the whole time while taking the order. I asked if she had help but she said no! Then she corrected her self and said she did have people in the back but didn’t want their help she preferred to do it herself. 6 people walked.
