Cool place but very pricey. Food was just descent. Nice size portion of fish and chips. 5.00 extra for fries? Probably not somewhere that I would frequent.
Setting is nice and even on a hot day the outdoor tiki bar area was comfortable with the fans keeping air moving. The hostess was super nice. The server had little to no energy. The hostess brought our food even though the server only had 1 other table. The food was ok. Not great, not bad, just ok. Selection was weak and predictable so the only real feature was the setting.I'm glad we went but we won't be back.
All I can say is WOW. This place rocked. My husband had the fish and chips the fish was thick and bigger than the tray itself, had to be well over 12 inches. My daughter had the fried fish sandwich it too was the same size. I had the ceviche ( delicious). Don’t pass up the street corn, messy but definitely worth it!
Enjoyed my lunch here. I was originally going to head downtown and find something but I got overwhelmed since I was hungry and trying to figure out what I want to eat.I thought of this place because I’ve heard about it for some time now so I was like “let’s give it a shot. “It wasn’t too packed where I was at but looking out where the other bar is it looked full over there so I just chilled by the “inside” bar( next by the kitchen but it’s open as well )My bartender was friendly and made a delicious frozen margarita with some extra on the side.I ordered this crab cake poboy, that was him out the gym. I love some crab cakes but to do up neatly how they did was just what I needed. It was sweet but tasty with a little zing to it.
Love this place. Ate under the Tiki Hut. It has water views it's right next to a Marina so you get to see all the boats. It also has inside and patio seating outside. I had the fish and chips. It was incredibly good so was my Pina Colada. Definitely coming back. ?
Great place to take family!
This place is beautiful and the food is good. However it took 45 minutes to get a drink and only after complaining twice and because the bartender was nice enough to bring them over. Waitress was not personable and was unknowledgeable about items they serve.
Probably my favorite local bar to visit. Don’t let the “world famous” verbiage fool you…this place is staffed with good people from top to bottom, and in no way seems like a tourist stop. The vast majority of patrons seem to be boat owners stopping by for a quick lunch or locals coming by to visit their favorite bar staff. I like to visit Aubrie, a great bartender who will never let your drink get empty and will always ensure everything is good. Come by for lunch or for dinner, and sit out at the huge tiki bar bordering the marina, and take in the beautiful coastal view while enjoying not only coastal winds but fans circulating throughout to keep you cool while enjoying your favorite beverage. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!!
