Friendly and rustic with a delicious menu. Owner was part of the wonderful but now closed Moon Under Water. There are specials of the day and happy hours. Has a very local feel. Plenty of outdoor seating. Building formerly a recording studio so lots of vinyl record themes. Parking on site too.
I wasn't a fan of their butter curry chicken but the rainbow tea with simple syrup, the big/little teddy, and Lexi's exceptional service will bring me back every time. EDIT: I want to add Mathias is personable and attentive. They were out of rainbow tea and he did not return empty handed with only an apology. Mathias returned to our table with small glasses of their berry tea for us to try. It was fabulous. The live music by Guianna topped off the evening. She played everything from Steely Dan, to Katy Perry, to Beyonce. It was a smooth jazz type sound. Perfect for a Friday evening to unwind after work. I even saw a few fur babies.
I was looking for some local cuisine and the love child from a local professional chef power couple created this amazing chill space to dine on some amazing curry dishes and/or bangers! Love. Check it out.
We came here on a whim and we’re definitely glad we did! The place is eclectic and clean, with friendly staff and great outdoor (dog-friendly) seating. We ordered a couple of hot pressed sandwiches and they were fantastic. Each sandwich came with a bag of chips (not homemade unfortunately), with the option of upgrading to fries if wanted. We both agreed that The Big Teddy was our favorite, and would definitely order it again. Great mom and pop gem, and we will definitely be back!
We found this place on a whim as we just arrived for the weekend. The restaurant was super cool and inviting. We sat outside in the patio. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu as she helped pick up my lunch which was amazing! My daughter loved her meal and prices were reasonable.
I heard about this place on St. Pete Vegan and tried the vegan fish n chips. It's a slice of eggplant battered n fried to a crispy, tasty coating. Served with vinegar, it tasted just right! And the chips were huge fries cooked perfectly. Allie was my server, friendly and attentive...really wanted my thoughts on the fish. (Nice!) They have a few other veggie and vegan dishes. I'll be back!
