I was excited to try The Library because I really enjoy Oxford Exchange in Tampa. Unfortunately, we didnât have a great experience there. The air smelled of vinegar. As soon as we walked in we heard angry wait staff complaining to each other. My burger bun was stale, fries were cold, and by the time the waiter checked on us and replaced the fries, it was too late to enjoy them with the meal. :( I never leave negative reviews but this was just really disappointing and paled in comparison to the OE experience. I really wanted to like it but honestly I wouldnât recommend.

The menu was varied and everything sounded amazing! All of the dishes we tried were FANTASTIC: brussels sprouts, cob salad, classic breakfast & the egg white scramble. We shared the French toast stack for dessert and they really knocked it out of the park on that one! Though I couldn't imagine eating it for a meal (sooooo sweet!). The service was very good, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because we had a bit of a wait to place our initial drink order. We will definitely go back and work our way through the entire menu!
Taylor was the most amazing server! We are visiting Saint Petersburg and this is our second time at the restaurant. We hit all of the good restaurants in town, but this one seems to have it all! We truly enjoyed the food and the experience. We will definitely be back when we visit again!
Went for brunch and the food was amazing. French Toast was soft with a slightly crunchy crust topped with Nutella. Highly recommend.
The ambiance was lovely, food amazing and the customer service exceptional. Iâm ready to go back again and try something new.

The cheese board was underwelming except for the focaccia, short rib risotto was extremely stingy on the amount of risotto to the short rib sauce since the item is called short rib risotto, spaghetti bolognese should state sausage is spicey plus over cooked spaghetti, great wine list, service lacking attention to table needs especially keeping water glasses refilled.
As usual everything was great. Service and food were amazing. Thanks again for a wonderful time.
Ordered for pick up at a specified time. Got a text it was done 20 minutes early. Was unable to pick up that early, so when I arrived I asked if it had been sitting for 20 minutes since I had fries. Guy said "they feel okay, they're in a nice box". He then DID offer to remake them if I wanted to open them and check, but made me feel like it would be a chore if I asked for that. Fries were semi-warm. In addition, BLT had a fried egg on it for some reason (it wasn't listed as an ingredient in the online ordering description and I hate fried eggs). Overall, I was underwhelmed by a place that I had heard was awesome.
Nice place with delicious food. Home fries were dry and hard but everything else was delicious. Beverages were tasty but quite small.
