The best Thai food I've ever had. I make it a point to eat here every week. Looking forward to when they open the dining room again, but pickup is very easy and quick. They also have a nice punch card rewards system.
My friend has been ordering from Thai am for many years but lately, their food quality has not been good. She ordered this mango and sticky rice for me few days ago and upon opening the container, I was shocked to see this brownish sticky rice with bruised mango inside. Why the sticky rice was so brownish color instead of white? It was still hard even after I put in the microwave..
Thai am has changed. They used to be a great lunch spot, quality food and timely. Since the pandemic the food has not been the same. Portions have been skimpy, long wait time for to-go, and overall it’s just not worth ordering. I wish there was a better Thai spot in this location cuz Thai Am is no longer a gem.
$8 for two tiny spring roles. I also ordered two curries, both with rice. Cost $38. Tiny portions. All fit on a standard dinner plate.
I’ve ordered take out a couple times from here and realized I didn’t write a review. I ordered the Tom kha soup and PriKing. I’ve noticed they use a lot of sugar in their recipes. I have a sweet tooth so maybe that’s why I always order again. I expected the PriKing to be a more generous portion , but it wasn’t, last time I ordered lunch and it seemed small. The flavor is really good, if you like sweet ?The soup was lacking veggies, I found one green pepper.
Curry was way too sweet. It tasted like dessert. Also I asked for no onions because I’m allergic and they gave me onions. Not going back here. Better options in the area.
Loved my dinner! Pot stickers were amazing and pai Thai was delicious but could have used some more sauce.
Absolutely delicious fried spring rolls, Thai tea, mini curry puffs, and veggie panang curry! Thank you so much!
My fiancée had a mild allergic reaction to something after eating food from here. She’s fine, and she has some unique allergies, so not trying to say it’s their fault. So, still 3 stars, but leaving this note mostly for us so we don’t reorder from here. I was fine.Ordered through Uber Eats, so not the “full” experience. Overall, pretty good. Potstickers were fine but could be crispier. Fresh Rolls were alright but the peanut sauce was honestly the best part. The pad Thai was good, maybe too saucy, but the portion size was a little small for $13.
I ordered through Uber eats tonight and was unimpressed. I lived in Bangkok for years and was trying to find good Thai around here. The pad Thai was way too “saucy”… an adjective that should never be used for pad Thai, and it had way too much sugar in it. I love sugar and found this difficult to eat. I wish it would have come with peanuts and bean sprouts to mix in. Everything tasted very pre-made. Also ordered the mini curry puffs and they were literally mini frozen Indian samosas… not Thai style. Lol. Disappointing. I did like the nam tok, however.
