Great experience. Cats are friendly and love their pets and rubs. The cats will come to you and they're quite interactive.There is a number of kittens there right now and they're extremely playful.
Super great idea for a business! Cats are treated very well, and the space is super clean! You can tell that they do a lot of cleaning in between to help welcome the next group of guests. Decor/music/lighting sets the perfect calm vibe. When I booked our tickets for mother’s day, I expected more of Starbucks vibe, with less traffic, plus kitties roaming around. I feel as if the “cafe” portion was not what I expected. They are completely closed when there is not a group inside, and it looks as if there are only a few groups per day. Although I understand why there are only a few per day to allow the cats to be untouched for a portion of the day, I believe that cafe and retail areas should still be operating. It would attract moreguests in, bring in more revenue, and help further advertise the business. I completely agree the cats need time in between, however we arrived early hoping to see if we could get a drink, but the door was locked. Perhaps this is because there is only one person working at a time and they need that time to clean in between. The cafe was more like a fridge, with limited options for drinks, I was expecting moreof a coffee bar with lattes, teas, etc. and more of a lounge experience.However, you can tell that the cats are treated well, there is a “no picking up cats” rule which is understandable, and the visiting times are spaced out very well. it ensures that the cats aren’t there for the sole purposeof bringing revenue, and are forced to interact with guests.
Wonderful place to chill with adorable cats! The staff is friendly and the cats seem well taken care of. I wish customers were allowed to stay longer than 50 minutes, as it seems expensive to pay $17 a person for less than an hour. Other than that, it’s a wonderful place to relax with amazing company.

Great experience! The place is so cozy with lots of shelves and perches for the cats to hang out. Toys are available to play with the kitties too. Make sure to have a reservation.
First time I had gone was for my birthday, and I had fallen in love with this place. If you are a cat lover you will NOT want to leave. The staff was patient and understanding with everyone, and the place was huge! All the kitties are well taken care of and all are sweet. My boyfriend (who is not a cat person) had a great time playing with the kittens! They sell drinks, stickers, and pins! I had purchased a few pins and a sticker, they are all great quality! 100% recommend to everyone!
I’ve been to many cat cafes and this is definitely one of my favorites! It was super cozy and all the kitties were super friendly!!
An absolutely delightful experience for my my kids and I. We got to spend our visit sitting on the clean floor with the wonderful cats who were super friendly and playful and interact on their terms. At the end we were ready to take several cats home, if only we had the space. The owner is truly wonderful and cares about the cats and their well-being and knows all of their stories. The place is impeccably clean. The drinks offered definitely hit the spot. Will go back!
Adorable cats and kittens and very clean! Wonderful place to take kids and just sit and enjoy playing with animals! Hard to walk away without adopting one!
This is such a wonderful place to hang out. The owner clearly genuinely cares for the cats. She works with Friends of Strays, a local shelter to help get cats adopted. The facility is comfortable, clean, and the cats are sweet and happy. They have plenty of room and are able to go upstairs for privacy so they can interact on their terms. It is obvious that they are loved and well cared for. I love going to Sunshine Kitty Catfe. It makes me so happy.
