So I came in one day ordered my sandwich and paid for it and left the next time i came in I got charged less and so I asked the manager John what the difference was he stated they over charged me. So I came in again today July 12 to order the same sandwich and explained to them with my receipt in hand that I don’t understand the same lady Alicia who rang up my order last time told me she didn’t do it and she doesn’t know what the deal is. So then she proceeded to do some activities. So then she turns around after dealing with money and stuff to go towards my sandwich I asked her to wash her hands and she had a huge problem with that and with an attitude she walked away. Savanna who made my sandwich was super polite and so was John but it you’re going to be in the food service industry you at least need customer service and treat your customers with respect especially if they came in calm.
I think subway is too slow. Yesterday I went in about 2:45. Worker was making order for a man. I had to wait for her to slowly make mans order, wrap it and ring up order before she could help me. Normally 2 people work on sandwiches. I observed a worker trying to leave which was fine. By the time worker completed my order, (6" tuna and a 6" bmt) and rang me up it was 3 pm and leaving worker was clocking out at register. They need workers helping instead of going to the bathroom Before clocking out.I was reminded why I don't go to Subway because it is too slow! Sorry

The people behind making the sandwiches were nice and friendly and made it the way I wanted it
One sandwich was made wrong. One I had to keep telling the person to put on the sauce. She didn't ask me for my subway card so I didn't get my points
I called to check on an application when talking to the manager she told me she would it up. Didn't get any of my information and before I could say anything she hung up on me.
