It was wonderful the service was great my sandwich it was fix just like it!
This location is one of the BEST subways locations in all of Florida!!!! Super nice, they get it right, fast, friendly, polite and cute. I will not go to any other location. I look forward to going there.
The lady was nice the veggie wrap w vegetables meat substitute was not good
There is a smelly guy (Tyler)that works here. If he can't take a shower let alone wash his hands. Then they put a fan on him so the whole store can smell him. They need to tell the dude
Soon as I pulled up they locked the door and said they were closed (2 hrs early). Employee claimed family emergency and only one there. Management needs to be better at staffing
I’ve been coming here for years and it’s has been fine, but today I had an awful experience.Not sure what’s the problem with the lady that was working here today, but she clearly didn’t have any will to be working. She was throwing the ingredients to the sandwich like she had a problem with me and then literally threw the sandwich and disarmed it completely.I would recommend that if you don’t want to work with facing the public, just don’t do it, because you’re just upsetting people for no reason. I’M NOT COMING BACK HERE!
The lady that works here was extremely rude and disrespectful. She threw the food like it was trash. I don’t usually write reviews but I don’t think people like her should be working with customers.

I don't often write reviews, and normally I love Subway -- however this Subway was an awful experience..1) They lock the restroom at 7:00 in the evening and give you an ugly stare down when you ask to use the restroom. (Essentially they'll make you a sandwich, but they won't let you use their bathroom. This is treatment I'd expect from a gas station, not a Subway restaurant -- let alone the ugly stare.)2) The lady must have been upset that I asked to use the restroom, b/c she threw my sandwich together like it was a pb&j for her worst enemy. The scowl & the carelessness were priceless. I wish I was making this up.3) She charged me an extra dollar for cheese. I ordered a black forest ham sandwich on wheat with provolone. Did not ask for extra cheese, did not get extra cheese (I checked) -- however I did get to pay an extra dollar (for nothing extra). I would have said something at the store, but I looked at the receipt later, when I got home. I would not normally make an issue out of an extra dollar, but given the poor service, attitude, and unwillingness to operate a clean available restroom -- I'll say it.. Adding a dollar to the bill for no reason without telling your customer is theft -- pure and simple. So yeah -- besides not wanting to clean a restroom for you they steal from you at this Subway. Nice touch.Needless to say -- I will never be eating at this Subway again. I write this review for the sake of ownership/management -- if I was them I'd want to know what's really going on at my store.
