Sold me a soda then admitted that the CO2 wasn't working until after I already paid. They didn't offer another item or refund. But they move around so slow it wasn't worth getting a refund anyway.
Worst subway there is, the lady with the dreads has a horrible attitude and is extremely RUDE.
No bread. Workers are rude and soooo unprofessional. On their phones and ignoring customers when should be assisting customers. They cant make a wrap correctly. Sooooo trashy and sooooo unprofessional
When calling to place order, no one answers ph. When trying to order on line it doesn't go thru or doesn't give conformation #.
Horrible experience !!!! This woman was extremely rude and did not care how you wanted your food prepared and made. Argued with us about it, visible upset and stated she worked in a timely fashion and basically we needed to hurry and figure it out. (It was one of our parties first time eating at a subway). No one was in line behind us either! Never go here. Find another subway!
This subway is by far the worst for customer service.
I ordered 5 subs through Grubhub and every one of them were wrong. I paid extra for extra cheese and they came with no cheese. Each sub had the wrong toppings plus they were not even labeled what they were. I order foid frequently for work and this was the worst food I have ever experienced.
I ordered a meatball sub today and had it delivered. When I received my sub the sub was supposed to be toasted, the bread was dry and flakey, and smashed. Did want to reorder but it took more than an hour to get. I have ordered from here before and had no issues before.

I attempted to call this location, previous to my arrival. i got now answer and shrugged it off because things happen; no big deal. I get to the subway and i become curious because i dont see anybody eating; nor do i see a single customer, in line. I decide to sit down (inside the store) to figure out why the phone isnt being answered. lo and behold; i watch this man blatantly ignore 2 of my calls, until he finally decides to answer. Not only that but when he answered the phone, he greeted me with "hello?". I didnt know that was the protocol for answering a subway phone but i think its needless to say; i took my business, elsewhere.I have a family of 5 and i was not about to recieve that kind of service, while spending $40-$50. The time and date was 5:30pm on january 9th and the employee was a lighter skinned, black male, with dreadlocks.
