We visited Sub Zero for the first time on Friday night. We have been enjoying going to different ice cream shops to see what we enjoy the best.When we first entered we were greeted. The kids really enjoyed seeing the "smoke" as they were making the ice cream.Now let's get into the ice cream, you first decide what base you'd like next, you choose flavor then any add ins you'd like. This was the hardest part because they had so many options to choose.To save time maybe check out the options online first.I chose the "vegan" option with blackberry flavor. The vegan option is a coconit base. I would say this wasn't my favorite. It tasted very grity and almost like a cheesecake flavor. I'm not sure if it wasn't mixed up all the way or what.My kids choose the brownie batter and loved it! My mom also enjoyed the Italian ice.I'm giving 4 stars because it's kinda expensive and I didn't like the vegan ice cream. Otherwise it's fun for the kids to go for the experience.
Delicious creamy ice cream made while you wait. They put the cream of choice, toppings and flavor under liquid nitrogen. It's fun to watch. Service was good but there was only one worker and 6 customers, so it may take a while for you to get your order.
We had been here about four times. Luckily, each time we come, the same girl is there. She is adorable. She is so knowledgeable about their huge menu, she has great suggestions, (especially with the little ones who are super excited but very indecisive), & she is very kind. & it's like a show when this employee makes the ice cream in front of us. The "smoke & lights show" (aka nitrogen) is so cool! Her name is Jenna. Or Jennifer.. I'm pretty sure it's Jenna (Sorry if wrong!) But thank you for a great experience, every visit, Jenna. We will be back! :) We highly recommend this spot!
This is a one of a kind ice cream shop! If you love home made ice cream made fresh in front of you then you must try this place. We were blown away with endless combinations. Great customer service, clean and entertaining. Kids had a blast and we found our new hang out spot. Must try-bubble waffle!
We was one of the first customers there with our daughters and soon after there was several other families and local law enforcement stopping by for some ice creamThe process in how they make this is something your children will love and the ice cream is spectacular . Some of the best. The girl working this morning was flying solo and stayed in task to manage several families with efficient time. Highly recommend . Great customer service & ice cream
Ice cream was the bomb!!! Plenty of flavors to choose from. I tried the bubble cone with strawberry cheesecake and it was delicious!?Picture a warm soft waffle cone but where the indentations are there are bubbles.
We had a wonderful family experience at this establishment. Unique, fun and delicious creamy ice cream. Ice Cream had a ton of flavor and very smooth. Watching them make our ice cream was priceless! We loved how clean this place was and beautifully decorated. If you're looking for something fun and taste good definitely give this place a try. Kids enjoyed making ice cream and we enjoyed eating it! We'll be back for sure and back and back and back. You get the point! WE LOVED IT!!!
This is a fun place to get ice cream. They have a unique approach making it in front of you with nitrogen. The ice cream was tasty and the service excellent. They provided great to-go containers for those I was bringing home. I would recommend trying it!

This was absolutely delicious!! Got the bubble Waffle with coconut milk ice cream, strawberries and cheesecake bites and fudge drizzle.... Flavor explosion!!!
