Professional, friendly, quick service, and overall great experience, are words that I would use to describe my experience this morning (7/27)!
Park in the lot by the sub shop and walk across. Always order ahead on the app. You will walk in, grab your drink, and walk out because they are actually really fast. Totally stress free. When I order in person, there are often issues with the drink. But never with the app!
By the time my drink was finished my sandwich was cold and disassembled. The bread was soggy and slid off with rehardened cheese. The location was obnoxiously busy. Parking lot was unapproachable, luckily there is a plaza across the street to park at. I ordered a shaken espresso, which when was finished wasn't mixed at all.
no parking!!! No drivethru!!!! I can’t believe they even allowed this to go up….I have had to leave 3x due to no parking
I have been to this specific location a few times, the customer service is okay and as a former employee of Starbucks I find it odd that they have never asked my name to put on cup. I worked as a partner for several years ( 5 to be exact) and that is one of the most key components of the customer connection which is learned through onboarding training.
Gotta love Starbucks... it's a life necessity! Employees were awesome. Drinks were perfect. I will continue to go on a daily basis as usual.

They helped cater to having no caffine for my kids and just as yummy.
