One of the best Vegan Pho's I've ever had, and I've had a ton. One of the few places where the veggie broth is flavorful and well-seasoned as is, without anything else. Lots of tofu, mushrooms, and other veggies. Of course comes with bean sprouts, lime, jalepeños etc. They have Hoisin, Sriracha, 3 chili sauces, fish sauce and salt and pepper if wanted. All the staff are super helpful and sweet. I asked if they had a way to make their Thai Tea vegan and they brought out the creamer they use for me to check. I got the thai tea without creamer and it's great! I could actually taste the spices and nuances in the tea even better. HUGE bowl. Could not finish. Will definitely be back and 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been coming here for the last month at least once or twice a week only to be charged different prices for the same item that I always order.I brought it to young mans attention and even showed my charges from my phone on what I was being charged I this time around I basically paid $9.00 for a soup that only is 5.95 + tax on the menu and add mush rooms which is another 95 cent. Today I was charged a whole 1.95 for adding mushrooms 1.02 for bean sprouts and all he could say was he doesn’t know how the other person rings it in for it to be that price. I definitely will stay away from this place until they get the prices correct
Our go-to for Pho in the area. They use high quality ingredients and you can tell the broth is “clean.” House-made pho noodles. Always great service from entire staff. Highly recommend!

I was feeling a little miserable and under the weather and needed some broth. Got the beef pho and I think it should be renamed liquid diamonds for the soul. This was some of the best pho I’ve ever had!!! The meat was incredible, the toppings were fresh and even getting it to go, it was absolutely phenomenal … Maybe the cough medicine talking but it was nothing short of unicorns and rainbows!!!!
This place has VERY mediocre food for the price. I placed a pick up order by phone, 4 pho tai...super easy and simple and shouldnt cost more than 10$ max per order. Let me tell you how beyond disappointed I was when I picked up my order. So first, they were trying to charge me 16$ per order of pho tai...its beef, broth, and noodles...WHAT? So I inquired on the price, they said that I ordered it wrong (no) and fixed it for me to be the normal price and portion I'm accustomed to when I dine in. Or so I thought. I spent 50$ on 4 pho tai to get 1 piece of meat per order and half the noodles any other place gives you. Skip this place. Go to pho ha tien , the food is consistent and priced fairly.
Great pho restaurant in the St Pete area. As a Vietnamese foodie, I can vouch for Special Pho as one of the best pho restaurant in Tampa Bay.The quality of meat, flavor of the soup, and quality of noodles are all top notch. Highly recommended.
So good! Very fresh. We got the Vegan pho and it was incredible. Very flavorful broth loaded with shitake mushrooms, carrots , broccoli, cabbage fried onions homemade noodles etc. We also got the vegan summer rolls made with tofu, noodles and fesh herbs with lots of peanut sauce.Very big portions, nice service and clean. This will be our favorite vegan pho to get us through Florida winter.
We left feeling satisfied with the flavors & freshness of ingredients. And also left feeling hungry. Should not need to order additional for two $14.95 dishes. I was asked how it was while leaving & said I was still hungry and only told to have a nice evening.The Special pho filet mignon is really a mixture of meats. There was very little filet mignon. The Grill shrimp w/vermicelli has 8 nicely grilled shrimps w/full shell on…and not really enough vermicelli.I highly recommend the restaurant consider adding a combination plate…pork/shrimps/egg roll/fish cake. I asked to make a combo & was told it would be +$6.00. $20.95 is rather high for not being in DTSP and very casual decor.All this said I do prefer quality over quantity, so I will gladly give them that!
