Chicken Fast Food Chicken Wings

This is the worst place to get fast food. It does taste good but the long time waiting in the line was ridiculous. There were just 3 people working that date. We were stuck in the drive through for a long 42 minutes. There is not way out in the drive through and we had cars in the back and front. It was the most frustrating experience ever had in a "fast food" restaurant in my whole life. This restaurant do not have fast food but car food. Do not go here.

The wait times in the drive thru are getting absurd. We went twice before and it was slow, but I understand that getting workers is hard right now, so a bit of a wait for hot food is fine. However, I tried once more recently and I regretted my decision.Best advice: DO NOT get in the drive thru line if you don't have half an hour to spare, minimum. You can't leave the line unless you have a car with high clearance due to the curbs (or there's nobody behind you). We were forced to wait for over an hour recently; it became apparent after waiting 15 minutes just to order without moving in line that the best option would have been to leave, but there were 3 cars behind us by then. When it was my turn to order, the employee took my order with no estimated wait time or explanation as to the slow moving line. The line then did not move for another 15 minutes - at all. The same worker asked for my order THREE more times while I waited because they apparently thought a new customer must be there by now, but it was still me because the line was at a complete standstill. When we finally got to the window after almost an hour stuck in line, we saw about 5 employees inside who did not appear to be doing much of anything. They were joking, laughing, and genuinely did not seem concerned about the fact that customers were stuck waiting for food in a fast food drive thru for 45 minutes - 1 hour. There was no apology or offer to discount the meal which would be standard in any other service industry.I would have been happy to hear that there was a legitimate reason for the hold up, such as broken equipment, short-staffed, waiting for food to thaw before cooking...anything! But none of that seemed to be the case.We were told at the window it would be another 5 minutes because they "just dropped fresh tenders" for us - it was another 12 minutes (yes, I counted, because it had already been almost an hour!).Meanwhile, folks will walk into the store and walk out with their orders while you're still in line. I honestly wonder if the workers are protesting for some reason, such as low pay or bad conditions, poor treatment by management, etc. Maybe they are trying to tank the manager on duty for some reason. I really do not know. But there has to be something going on with this store.I genuinely hope a regional manager or corporate person sees this because it is doing a disservice to the Popeyes' brand which is a shame. I have been a loyal customer for years but I cannot justify going to this location.

This was my last time eating at Popeyes. When you place an order through drive-thru for a chicken family meal and wait 25 minutes in line for that chicken (old at the speaker that only white meat ready. I said ok) and I get to the window to be told it will be anither 14 minutes for chicken. ? When I ask why when after you take an order you should be dropping chicken knowing it is dinner time and cars wrapped around building. The make worker at the window tried to tell me that everyone ordered chicken before me so they ran out. Hmmm? Again, does that make sense? NO! I see 5-6 people working in the kitchen every time I went through before. I wait 20-30 minutes and this is the 3rd time in 6 months that I have been told they "ran out".Done! We will not be waiting any more. They lost a few customers from our famiky alone.

The drive thru is always full and slow, they are always out of almost everything and once there is a car behind you at this location you are stuck, 20 min tonight and I was only able to leave because the two cars behind me gave up. I was told there was only spicy thighs and breasts and the only side was rice granted it was 30 minutes before close but after I was informed I sat there another 15 min and still no one took an order. Just glad the two cars behind me backed up and left!

Food was good. Service was absolutely horrible. The menu screens weren’t working and they provided no other menu had to look it up on your phone, Took forever to get our food out and when we asked they were highly rude. A lot of people standing around and not doing anything.

Out of sides, no lemonade, staff were fighting inside the store, A black female employee called a black male employee a Nigggr. Employees don't seem to appreciate being employees, just there to do the bare minimum. I went to Churches chicken after to buy what they were out of and the staff seemed happier with each other.

Had a good experience ordering thru the mobil app today, 5-10. Food was good and no problem picking up. Unable to get 6 Beignets but they subbed with apple pies. They seem to have corrected their issu

Sat in the drive-thru for over 30 mins waiting for my order to be taken. There needs to be restructuring done in this location. Since the opening of this location there has always been quality and customer service issues. Also an exit path that allows for exiting the drive-thru. I had so sit an additional 35 mins just to get out of the line so in total I wasted over an hour in a line without even ordering food.

First experience with Popeyes. Not good.Ordered chicken burger...delivered by Uber eats in a timely manner. Chicken was not crispy..definitely reheated and bun was very soggy. No pickles as depicted on menu and very little mayo. So disappointing!!

If you think it might be faster to go inside, it won't. Either way you can be 100% sure the employees are working their butts off and putting out good food. It's worth the wait.
