Accidentally showed up a couple minutes before close but you never would have known it by how friendly and welcoming the entire staff was. They were very patient and knowledgeable as they took my friend and i through all of the ingredients that could fill our bowls (and later our tummies). The food was also incredible! One of the best poke bowls I ever had and I’ve had plenty! Overall was such a lovely experience. Would come back anytime.
Best staff, freshest food!! The restaurant is always clean and organized, everyone is always so happy to help and patient when I have NO idea what I want (so many delicious options, I can't ever make up my mind!). Love this place... 10/10 every single time!! And if you haven't enjoyed them at Tropicana Field during a Rays game--it's a must!
I’ve been living in St. Pete for almost 3 years now and literally the only three restaurants I go to are pacific counter, casita, and flat bread and butter. Pacific counter has always offered such wonderful choices and is very consistent with their work. I have always enjoyed my meal every time I go and it’s just so nice to have something so refreshing. Plus, the staff is always super nice so you can’t beat that! So thanks for being awesome (-:
Use to LOVE this place! I’d go about 3x a week. Now, they raised the price of my favorite bowl from 11.99 to 17.99!!!! That’s insane! DROP YPUR PRICES BACK. Such a shame bc the food is awesome! Unfortunately, I can no longer afford to eat here.
Numero uno!! The absolute BEST! I normally just get the big bowls which are fantastic. The staff was very courteous super friendly. I used to go to Bento..but, they stopped using Masago. That was the final straw for me! So, now I'm a pacific counter guy!
I have loved this place since it opened! Their community involvement, their product and their customer service is unbeatable! Keep up the great work guys!
Can I just say ( this is my hubby’s account) I LOVE this place. I work next door and spend way too much money on my lunches . But I’m addicted. The staff is so kind.. always… the customer service is as good as the food. The owners are there a lot and hardworking kind dudes…the food… is so fresh and delicious . All around a great place to eat with kind vibes …not even into that… but??♀️
Love this place. Really cool people, and really good food. Love the Hawaiian hot dog and the bowls, the ingredients are excellent and healthy. They use interesting combinations for both the food and drinks (some sort of ginger lemonade was top notch). Even got some pretty tasty sherbet. Have both dined in and gotten takeout and somehow the takeout was just as fresh which is so incredibly hard to do. Heard management/ownership treated their employees well during the pandemic. All the more reason to support Pacific counter. Looking forward to my next visit!
Everything is fast and fresh and the folks behind the counter are some of the sweetest people on earth! The sushi burritos are my absolutely favorite.
My husband and I loved Pacific Counter for our date nights. It's like a sushi date but more filling and less experience. Even with my husband stationed overseas, I've probably order from this location at least monthly and have introduced tons of family and friends to this place. During the beginning of the pandemic they delivered pretty regularly to our house and I think one time even the owner delivered our food. Great location downtown, wonderful staff, and the owner was really down to earth. Love this place and pray that it's still around when I come back from South Korea in a couple years.
