Nothing compares to my Latin mothers cooking but this food truck did the trick! I had the pork, beans and rice and sweet plantains.

You should be ashamed of yourselves - something so good is just inappropriate for my waistline! The mofongo (+ chimichurri), yuca, and sweet plantains (amarillos) were delicious. Second time there - gotta space this out - will not be the last!! Muchisimas Gracias! Y Buen Provecho!
