Donuts are always amazing in fresh! When that red light is in you stop lol
Today makes twice that I stopped in to get HOT donuts and they aren’t even close to being HOT! Why turn on the sign if you are not going to supply Hot donuts. Been by there several times at night with the sign on and the donuts have been perfectly hot. This one has to be the worst Kristen Kreme in Florida.
Unless you want a dozen original glazed, this is NOT the location for you! Their selection is sad, and the quality is even sadder. I wanted glazed Kreme filled donuts and Cinnamin apple donuts and they had neither, so I got a dozen kreme with chocolate topping. There was a tiny bit of kreme ineach donut. We even joked as we pulled each donut in half to inspect them! Very sad! We grew up with Krispy Kreme, and was spoiled by their great donuts and great selection offered. Also, they only make the original glazed donuts at this location and my friend said employee said that they get their donuts from another store in Tampa! Who knows if they are a day or two old, but no excuse not to have donuts made right, with filling inside, if that's the type they are. If you are looking for something other than the original glazed donut, don't bother going here.
Got my free birthday dozen glazed donuts. The staff was very friendly and wished me a happy birthday. The donuts were warm soft and delicious. I wish there was one closer to me over here in West St Pete but it's worth the drive.
I love the drive-thru. Not a long wait it all. And with a great Wednesday promotion, a dozen donuts for the price of a gallon of gasoline, the $4.08 didn't break the bank.
Showed up to pick up my order tonight, two hours before posted closing hours, only to find a dark store and two employees sitting in the parking lot who informed me that they didn't have my doughnuts, could not give me a refund, and to "call customer service, I guess".I understand product shortages, but my order was placed earlier in the afternoon and there was zero effort made to contact me about the fact that they were apparently out of the doughnuts I ordered.
Love this place but, They were out of most of the donuts? Weird?... I wanted a jelly filled but had to get glazed because that's all that was really available. Maybe next time
I don't recommend this store. They've gone down hill. didn't change gloves, gave wrong donuts, then asked to show us where it said limit one he started yelling, so then my husband yelled back . he told us I'm not reading it to you go home and read it get yourself a magnifying glasses. disrespectful to elderly. and we did take the others home it said limit 3. he told my husband to F off and of course my husband yelled back to him. he started yelling and cussing badly and of course my husband won't take that. we ordered Boston cream and he gave us white filled.
We got our donuts after driving 2 hours to get them, and someone had bitten off one of the blueberry ones. I don't recommend this place if folks bite off your food; what else are they doing?
My daughter is a huge Krispy Kreme fan! We do not have them here. The service was excellent and the donuts we got were warm. They are very sweet but good for a treat while on vacation!!
