Sadly to say, seems like they just don't care anymore to make a Sandwhich even if you tell them how you like it.. A very simple Sandwich.How can you go wrong.??!Not happy with this Shop here.!I like to get my $20 Back..!
If I ask for mustard it does not mean out so much on there that it is all I taste. You ruined my sandwich.
By far the best employees ever. Either they get lucky and hire great individuals or they treat them well. I am always greeted with a smile and my food is always perfect.
My favorite sandwich was the Jersey Mike’s Philly Cheesesteak in Jacksonville. When I moved back to St Pete my expectations were high when I ordered same sandwich for takeout at Jersey Mike’s. Unfortunately it had been microwaved so bread was soggy, ingredients were overcooked and the cheese was watery.Big disappointment. I will try the same location again but with specific requests re NO microwaving. The 2 stars are for the pleasant, welcoming staff. My visit was about 10 days ago. Fingers crossed for better result next time!
The sandwich I buy the Portobello Mushroom is often not available. They substituted regular mushrooms upon my agreement, but they shouldn't advertise the sandwich if they are going to have an irregular supply.
My first time ever eating jersey Mike's did not disappoint! Everything was fresh and 100% correct. Deff will be returning!!!! Good job guys!!

This Jersey Mike's always has the friendliest staff. They are quick, efficient and the subs are delicious. If I want something that I know will be good and quick, this place never fails me.

Worst ordering and sub experience of my life. Run away to literally any other sub shop in the entire Bay Area. The Manager Bryan is extremely rude and unpleasant. Wait times for online orders which are promised as being ready in 15 minutes but they will take an hour at this store. Please take your business anywhere else if you value your time or money.
