Alfredo and meatballs
Amazing food! Creamy Tomato Vodka rigatoni with sausage was perfect! Right temp, right potion, yum! Dunken mushroom pasta was terrific with delicious wine sauce and lots of cheese. Large fresh salads with plenty of tomatoes and freshly grated cheese. Nice wine selection, too. Wonderfully polite and helpful staff. Indoor seating was full, so outdoor seating was perfect for us. Dog friendly too!
Delicious! I had the drunken mushroom pasta with Milanese chicken. It was so tasty that my wife and I had to wipe the plate clean with our remaining pizza crust. The queen margarita pizza was also delicious too. This is our new favorite pizza and pasta place. You order your food at the counter and someone brings it out to your table.
Oh. My. God.
This is not your average Italian food. The menu explores flavor and quality ingredients. I was just saying we needed more quality food restaurants in the area just north of downtown St Pete and Jay Luigi is setting a high bar! From crust to cheese and sauce the pizzas are designed to be fantastic. It takes half a week of prep using manually selected ingredients and old Italian recipes to make the crust come to life. I don't know any other place in town that makes pizza even close to this good.
Was so good. I had the Sweet Jaime Kay pizza, and the rigatoni vodka for take out. Fresh ingredients, good crust on the pizza—the pasta was the star for me!Can’t wait to dine in soon.
We loved meeting Jay in his new restaurant. It is set up for quick turn-around. You order at the counter, find a table (limited) inside or out, and await your order to come to the table. Because of my husband's handicap, Jay came to us, took our order, and in his very attentive, pleasant personality, made suggestions. The food was amazing! Fresh, hot, delicious. Too bad there is no spot for people who want to dine, rather than eat. Can't wait to go back!
Amazingly delicious, ambiance on point! Can’t get over the Drunken Mushroom pasta. But what really did me in was the red sauce on the Nevaeh pizza OMG the freshest, lightest thing you ever drooled over.
It was the freshest food... the taste was absolutely the best! Nothing negative.
We come from Chicago so maybe our standards for pizza are high for Florida, but this place was an absolute joke. They accidentally gave our order to someone else so we ended up waiting an extra hour to get our pizza. I get it mistakes happen, but that doesn’t change the fact that the pizza itself was complete trash. I have tried close to 20 pizza places in St Pete/ Tampa and this might be dead last. Half of the frozen pizza section in Publix is better than this, and 1/4 of the price.
