had many pork fried rice and chicken wings, this place got the best one. big chicken wings, really crispy and juicy. fried rice taste like the usual but good pork.
Shrimp fried rice was ok it was yellow. Idk why all Chinese places stopped serving brown fried rice. The general tso chicken was dry
Worst customer service. I walked in to get noodles for my friend. I said chow mein noodles and the person at the register said chow mein was rice and I said okay I want noodles with chicken. Then I got my order and and drove to my friends. It turned out they gave me rice and greens. I drove back and said its wrong. I wanted my money back then they started yelling at me. My mom was shocked too and she whispered me saying I feel like they gonna beat us up. The one at register yelled at me saying he explained 2 times that chow mein was rice. I had already said i want noodles and i am buying for someelse and I dont know the name before buying. However, their attitude was on another level. Even if its a customer mistake (which I clearly said i dont know the name) it doesnt mean everyone working has right to yell at us. The people cooking was yelling in Chinese to us. This is not okay or right. It was one of the weirdest experiences we ever had.
Disappointed. I ordered pork fried rice. Where’s the pork? Staff not friendly at all. I was served begrudgingly. I was treated the same way at a Great Wall in Clearwater. Also very little pork. Thought I’d give this one a chance. I’m done with Great Walls. They should call them Mediocre Wall!
Good food a reasonable delivery time always have my order which is uselly a large one with in 35 mins
Order all the time but pu pu platter I at $13+ the worst. Burnt or soggy with grease. Can't get refunded. I had delivered. Owner said have to overcook cause working with frozen food!! They have lost a customer!! They did bring a new order. Looks a bit better but not much. A waste of $$
Never been there before , & my last time the cashier yong kid has a bad customer service negative attitudes , & horrible food.
This place is the worst the food is ok that's the only reason we go here and because how close it is to our house but the service and the people skills at this place is just amazingly horrible and always check your food before you walk out the door because if you go back you won't be getting your food unless you pay for again I really don't know how they still have customers this place also needs a inspector to come out as well big time
Love this place so it kills me to leave a 1 star. We order from here all the time. Order tonight and waited over an hour called and was told the order was out for delivery. Another 20 mins went by so I called again, I only live about 8 mins a way with traffic was told the food didn’t get sent with the driver but they could make me another order and I could wait to have it delivered or pick it up and pay full price. We literally order from this place at least once a week. And have even had the company I work for order for the staff. Guess Chopsticks is my new delivery for Chinese
Got the General Tso tofu and vegetable lo mein and both dishes were delicious!!
