Excellent beer (Czech Pilsner) and pleasant atmosphere. The brewery has everything you could need, beer garden, covered rooftop bar, and spacious indoor area. The only drawback was a bartender who made us feel less than welcome. But we will make this brewery part of our "go to places"

Not only do they have amazing beer, but they also support local entertainers! There is always something unique and fun going on at GCB. This place and its staff are top notch and I highly recommend a visit!

Didn't know what to expect but the beers and food are top notch! Great location and very refreshing after walking in the hot Florida sun! They even have free water and carbonated water with flavorings!

Nice, modern brewery with a hip vibe. We visited on a chilly weekday afternoon and there were just a few people there. Beers were good; service was lacking. We sat at the bar and after giving our drink order we were never asked what we thought or if we’d like another…etc…literally no interaction. When we asked to close the tab we were told, “I’ll be with you in a minute “, while the she chatted up a friend . Only when I stood to walk out did she offer the check. Nice place, but too many other breweries in the area with much better service and attitude.
