Has to be the slowest place ever…. 40 min in a drive through with only 5 cars?? Can’t get an order right…I don’t know how they keep customers honestly
Not a great location due to the setup of the drive thru. Limited selection of items in the morning compared to other locations.
This location has become one of the worst places for breakfast on the go in the area. Drive thru takes one car at a time leaving others to wait until paid and driving off before getting the next order. They are always out of something by 8:30 am. ? Today they were out of eggs. My bagel with cream cheese was so hard I threw it against the wall at work and it dented the wall. I was so mad to say the least. This was the final straw today. I will drive out of my way to the location on 4th Street N. for a bagel sandwich and coffee if need be. They are nicer, more efficient, never run out of food and the food does not crack paint. Fast food places in general have really gone to the pits since the pandemic began. It is a sad state of affairs when you cannot get a descent meal on the go.
I rarely leave reviews and I don’t expect much from a fast food joint, but this place was just bad. First I got a croissant so burned that it was inedible. I asked for a bagel instead and was given the stalest bagel I’ve ever had with the thinnest layer of cream cheese. I didn’t even eat half of it. The inside of the restaurant smelled like cigarette smoke and toilet mints.
Went here on 4/27/2022 11 am was told it was no original glaze donuts. I ordered something else and by the time i sat down and finished eating they had more that were made. The cashier never mentioned that they were making more when i ordered my other stuff. When i mentioned to the manager she never offered anything. Terrible service.
I would give zero stars if i could. My sister and i went in for breakfast on her way to work. After taking her order, i was ignored and then given an attitude when i said something. My sister ordered food and then a 2nd order of the donut holes. Her main order was horrible. The hash browns were old and burnt; her sandwich was no better. The croissant was hard and stale, the egg/cheese/sausage looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours...she told them she wanted a refund. At this point, she was harassed about the 2nd order she placed. When she tried to explain to the guy behind the counter that it was 2 separate orders and she only wanted the 1 refunded, he got an attitude.This is by far, THE WORST DUNKIN i have ever been to. The place is dirty, the employees are unprofessional and have questionable hygiene, the service is slow, customer service is non-existent...i wouldn't go back here even if they offered me a $100 gift card.
I sat in the drive thru for 30+minutes, 10 of those minutes at the speaker and no one ever took my order so I gave up and left. I have been coming to this location for many years and it used to be so good, but the last 5 or so years it has gone downhill and just simply SUCKS now. I will never return, the woman who works there is rude AF. Looking at the reviews for this location confirms I’m not the only one who has had terrible experiences here. Do your company a favor and just shut this location down…it’s an embarrassment
Well dunken st Pete great job at not allowing a loyal customer use the rest room. I will not spend my money at any Dunkin’ location ever! And this store was dirty as hell!!
Myself and my grandpa were waiting in a line of 2 people for 20 minutes and the guy that was taking our orders kept leaving to make drive thru orders although their were 5 other workers who could have nade those drinks. Then a gut who came in after us got to order before us and made a whole different line! Take my advice if you want to waste your time and patience go to this dunkin.
Outstanding customer service from mark on the morning shift really made my day , got everything I needed in a timely manner as well .Keep hiring these rockstars Dunkin!
