I Went To Dunkin Doughnuts Between 6pm and 7 pm Tonight 2 Female Employees That Work For Dunkin Dounuts Who Had Their Uniforms On Was Smoking Weed In the Back of the Restaurant How UnProfessional Is That and I Roll My Car Window Down and Yep Got a Contact Wow Really These 2 Female Employees Should Be Fired
Drive through was as fast as possible. My order was correct and suggestion was helpful
I can always count on Dunkin' for good, decent food (and great coffee!) Every time.
I did prepaid order in app for oat milk latte, went to drive thru and at speaker said I was there to pick up my order, they proceed to tell me they don't have espresso making ability, it never said that on the app that they couldn't make it, but then I got stuck in drive thru behind somebody throwing fit at pick up window ahead and for 10 minutes I sat in car stuck couldn't get to window to get my refund for what I paid for that they couldn't make, its one lane drive-thru between buildings, several cars were behind me so couldn't back out. I finally get to the window and they tell me they're not able to give me refund and I'm going to have to come back in couple of days when manager is there to get my refund. So after the time to place the order the drive there sitting over 10 minutes in their drive-thru I end up leaving with no product that I paid for. Had to call Duncan customer service to get the refund. Since then every time I call thinking okay at least I'll walk in to get a latte without going to the drive-thru, they keep saying they have no ability to make espresso because their machine doesn't work. They should not be allowed to advertise any espresso drinks. This is THE worst Dunkins I've ever been to and I've been all over up and down East Coast.
Very good and surprisingly quick. Donuts were fresh and I was in and out in 3 minutes. Employees were very friendly as well. Tables outside to enjoy coffee and donuts there if you don't take them to go. Pretty good no complaints from me
Worst Dunkin in America. So slowwwwww plus every time I order ahead I still end up waiting about 10 mins for them to make my drink— even when the store isn’t busy!
This store is always fast an accurate with my orders. The drive thru window cashiers are always nice and smiling. One of the best DD's I've been to.
Terrible counter service, when a customer is wanting to order, stop the chit chat with your co-workers especially if it’s not business related ! You just lost a regular, I’ll pay extra at Starbucks for the great service. Go there for a coffee and see how to do it properly !
Walked out. Worst service ever. Jason momma clerk is worst...most unprofessional I've ever seen. Why is he getting a paycheck? No one waited on me or others online.
Only issue is they have a small drive thru and it's always packed .
