My Bf and I go here all the time for our coffee and it's usually on point but the past two times (yesterday and today) his iced coca mocha tasted way too strong and terrible. I got my usual hot latte w/Splenda and it was way too strong and not tasty at all. Please re train the new person who is making it
I'm here a lot. Nice store. Quick customer service and good flow early in the morning. Easier to park and walk in rather then stay in the car and order.
Amazing customer service. Not crazy about the drive through line as a lot of people try to cut the line. Food is pricy but good and fast. Everyone there is very friendly.
GET RID OF THE TWO LANE DRIVE THRU!!!! Everyone waits in the drive thru forever and you get the few people who sneak into that second “lane” which cuts everyone else off. Also, don’t reply saying use that lane. If we started that you can say goodbye to all that back parking. Nobody would be able to park or drive out if there was a line there.
Not sure why this is the only Dunkin’ available on DoorDash since the one on 4th and 74th is clearly much better. Every time I order online they either burn my food or they just don’t give it to me. Coffee is alright but even still not sure if it’s old or what- but it doesn't taste as good as the other store. Idk probably just employee problems tbh. People don’t care about their work anymore
Horrible, horrible, horrible service.We arrived and ordered two caramel lattes and two doughnuts. She was already In a bad mood and didn’t acknowledge nor even speak a word to us and had a long face the whole time. They doughnuts were served and eaten and we waited for the lattes for over 10 minutes and they gave is ICED LATTES. When I told her that we ordered regular lattes she said “i’ll throw them away”.After about 7 minutes I asked how much longer and she replied “don’t you see I am making them?” And the other attendant said “you just have to be patient”, to which I politely replied “thank you for waiting, a few more minutes, would have sufficed”. To which she replied “I am not going to argue with you, you are done anyway”.I was LIVID. I had never been treated so rudely. The service at this store has always been beyond great and I felt disappointed of their attitude and their service.I completely understand when people are busy and I can emphasize if and when they are having a bad day. But I will never justify being plain rude when your job is to provide a service and the person asking for it has been nothing but nice and patient.
so i ordered through the app 2 Bagels toasted with cream cheese (not on the side) and they did not put the cream cheese on the bagels and also did not toast the bagels. i also order the 2 brownie batter donuts and the ones i got had like a marshmallow cream center not brownie batter.
This location is always a complete mess every time I go. They mess up orders multiple times and constantly have broken equipment. Please find a way to be better.
Everyone was so pleasant when I went Christmas Eve day. Even around 11a.m. the munchkins were fairly fresh tasting. I will say the croissants were a bit overcooked for our bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches- but not enough to ruin it. Their (newer) location is much easier to access than where they were for many years. I'm sure people are enjoying having a drive thru too.
The service is good but they always seem to be out of doughnuts. The day after Thanksgiving they were out of pumpkin doughnuts. Prepare to be disappointed if you crave a specialty doughnut.
